**Hosting 30+ Night Reservations**

Welcome to our modern two story home in Evanston! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths

and tons of natural light, you’ll have everything for an extended stay. The

chef's kitchen leads out to a private backyard to enjoy those starry nights.

The serene primary suite has an ensuite bath. Just steps from shops and

restaurants on the Central corridor, you’ll enjoy urban convenience and

neighborhood charm. The Metra, Purple Line and Northwestern Univ are just a

short drive.

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
