LOCATION, LOCATION! Quaint cabin located in the heart of the Hill Country with GORGEOUS views across from Hamilton Pool Preserve & Milton Reimer's Ranch Park. Enjoy all the amenities that Buddy's Backyard RV Resort offers including a pool, hot tub, dog park, playground, general store and game room. Visit the many distilleries and brewery's in the Dripping Springs area or take a short drive and explore the nearby attractions of Austin, Lake Travis, Fredericksburg, Johnson City and Lakeway.

Cozy cabin

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Buddy's. It was a little tight but it was comfortable, and the outdoor space was great! It was nice to be able to use the swimming pool, hot tub, and game room too! The only drawback was that the dryer took a really long time to dry our clothes. Bottom line - we would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

Wife and I got out of town for the weekend. Unfortunately the weather was bad so none of the amenities of the park could be enjoyed but we relaxed in the house and went to local places to eat.

Fantastic property with an even better view! Conveniently located with plenty to see between wedding events. Highly recommend!!!

Great little home!

This was a great little home for the 3 night stay we had. Best for only 2 to 4 people. Only my husband and I stayed the nights, but my daughter and her husband visited and one of the nights they cooked dinner for us there. It was a little challenging due to the small kitchen, dining, living area but we made it work. The kitchen is well stocked to serve at least 4 people and has all the necessary appliances. We didn't use the stackable washer/dryer, but it is a convenient amenity if needed.The bed mattresses are all firm, just the way we like them. We didn't stay in the twin/trundle, but did lay on it to see the mattress firmness and they were more firm than the king size bed mattress upstairs. We slept VERY comfortably, even through the bed frame sways quite a bit with the slightest movement. It didn't bother us though. We felt a little like we were on a boat. HaHa! The RV park where it is located is kept so nice and clean. The pool area, recreation barn and small store are great. We didn't use the pool since it was chilly outside, but it is very clean and has plenty of lounge chairs. The fire pit behind the cabin is also nice. The location is away from the major nearby cities, but close enough to drive to any of them within 20 minutes. It is also just down the road from Hamilton pool park and other parks. The property manager, Norma, was a delight to talk to and made sure we knew that she was available if we needed anything at all.We would definitley stay again!
