The Space:

Prepare to be enchanted by this meticulously curated oceanfront retreat, now featuring an exclusive private pool overlooking the waves. Five elegantly appointed bedrooms, including one king, three queens, and two bunk bed sets, with an additional bunk bed in the upstairs living area. The residence is equipped with four full baths, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.



Main Floor: Queen bedroom with en-suite, Bunk bed room and hallway bathroom. Upper level: Two queen bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom, king bedroom with en-suite and bunk bed in loft.



Recently updated kitchen cabinets and top-tier appliances elevate the culinary experience, while new flooring on the lower level, a modern washer/dryer, and a host of exterior enhancements add a touch of luxury. Step outside to discover private beach access, an inviting swimming pool, a convenient enclosed outdoor shower, and a refreshing boardwalk shower.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



The pool is open year-round.



October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions.



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The house was in a great location, close to the beach and the pool was nice. However it needs some repairs. I read a review from May about nails sticking up on the deck they appeared to still be there. We lost air conditioning on the second night we were there on the first floor. It was a Sunday and the 4th of July weekend, so I get that however, for the money we spent I found it unacceptable! The tech was there first thing the next morning and fixed it. The floors have several “soft” spots in the kitchen area, a man came and jumped on them and said he was “inspecting” them. Our family had a great time together and that’s the most important thing.

The house was clean and had most everything we needed. The heated pool and outdoor shower with hot water were really great as it was a bit cooler for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked except for forks! We loved being so close to the ocean, especially with little kids. Both the heat and the AC worked great and we were so glad to have a washer/dryer as well. We’d never stayed so close to the bridge on the island, but it was nice to be so close to town for quick trips! Holden is a family favorite and we’re grateful for yet another wonderful trip to one of our favorite places on earth.

Back deck has lots of rusty nails and nail heads sticking up from boards which poses a risk of injury and tetanus exposure.Iwe were a bit disturbed that the original rental agreement stated that grills or firepits were NOT ALLOWED and when we arrived....there were 2 (two) charcoal grills filled with burnt charcoal on premises.. so while this is not end of the world....I really wanted to cookout while at beach and I specifically obeyed the RULES and did not bring steaks for on the grill. So...am still uncertain which rule is accurate and why I received a mssg. via text that a Property Mgr. from Brunswick arrived to clean grills- pool-etc during our stay. My opinion...need to review and revise RULES.Back door...1st floor: had to buy WD40 to spray rusty hinges for proper functionBack door...2nd level lock brokenKitchen cabinets...several broken...misaligned.

House is nice but needs a good cleaning and TLC. The pool was very nice. House was dirty upon arrival. Roaches in kitchen. Deck and walkway are in poor shape and needs to be replaced. If you do not wear shoes you get splinters.

I am sorry for these issues, the owner was aware and has just replaced all decking and railing, we will update photos as soon as we get them. The home was cleaned prior to arrive but had sat vacant for a few days prior to your arrival, sorry the bugs got in and died.

Perfect Location

Zion of Holden offers a group or large family the perfect layout for multiple activities and comfort. Huge bedrooms with practical, attractive, comfortable furniture. A huge dining table so everyone can eat together. Porches full of rocking chairs, and a sizeable pool. You're right on the beach; it's easy to step out to the ocean with your morning coffee in hand. Holden Beach is sea shell heaven, too, due to offshore dredging. This place is a movie version of a perfect beach weekend. Hosts are responsive when needed. I'd stay here again, 100%.

Positives and the reason for any stars at all were…response time and helpfulness of the agents, via text was really fast. Check in was great, and the house was clean, except for all the salt covered windows, obscuring sea views. Overall, the 2600 A DAY… that we paid for the house was not worth it. The house is run down and in need of repairs. The microwave handle was broken, parts of the freezer and fridge were broken, the cabinets in all the rooms need painting and updating, the back door out to beach was rubbed paint free and kept sticking the entire time and the kids needed help to get in and out every time. Mats to wipe your feet on before coming in from outside were broken and had sharp metal pieces sticking out and cut my daughters foot.. The master shower has caulking with mold imbedded into it and a green (from mold) shower knob. Even the gazebo on the way down to the beach has rusted nails and broken boards not to mention the many nails sticking out, from the decking. Everyone had to wear shoes to avoid injury. Eating utensils were not nearly enough and all different sizes, even the trash can was a broken plastic bin. Again… we paid over 13,000 for our stay thinking it would be at least an updated home that was safe. Really only redeeming features of the home was proximity to the beach and the pool which was very much enjoyed by my granddaughters. I would definitely not stay here again, and definitely not at the price we paid.

Wonderful location with easy access to the ocean. Pool was very nice and made our trip. The house needs updated but is clean with exception to carpet in 2 of the bedrooms. The rental co was very responsive and helpful.
