Come experience the interior of Alaska at our new listing! This is a cute studio apartment, fabulously situated, central location, with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks.

Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a fenced in front yard for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic.

Please note: the tub is raised and may be more challenging for certain individuals to get in.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front fenced yards and there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site that may be used with permission.

We will be available via text or call and staff are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, historic buildings, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!

The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one space designated for the rental unit.

There are other units in this building, quiet hours are
10PM- 8AM.

This is a unique older building with the heating and hot water pipes that run through the walls. As the pipes heat up and expand this causes a random “tick“ sound.

A noise maker is provided and an air cleaner that helps with the offsetting of these old house noises.
The garage has a coin operated washer and dry and can be used with permission.

Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.

Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM

Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage.

Perfect studio for our two week stay. Everything was wonderful, especially the comfortable bed and fluffy towels. We will for sure be staying here again next year.

Great place to stay

This was my wife and my first trip to Fairbanks and this was the perfect place for us. Everything we could have possibly needed. Thanks to a great hostess! Great location. Great communication.

The place is super cute , the shower is so nice , love all the products there and that shower head was the bomb . I actually ordered one for home . The bed super comfy and the pillows . We got a little warm and opened the window but found out there is a fan . So nice to have ear plugs and a white noise gadget. Close to many local delicious restaurants and we found the bus really good getting us around.

Only suggestion i would recommend is a stool as bed very high and cupboards quite high to reach for shorter person or disabled person otherwise fine. Good for solo. Thanks for a great visit

Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable, small space but excellent design. Well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The TV reception was challenging. And the bathtub is very high off the floor making it a challenge to get out of. Overall - very cozy!

I take responsibility for the mistake made in this contract by 50%. I believed I was se ring a 2 bedroom accommodation ! Instead I was rented their studio basement 1 bed listing ! When contacting the host she was not able to respond timely so I had to get a hotel for my 2 night stay in Fairbanks! The next day she offered me the 2 bedroom I thought I rented for a prorated fee! She also offered the sane the next day! Presently I am asking for the cleaning fee reimbursed as well I did was look at 1 bed and turned around and left !! Couldn’t tell you how clean or nice or anything about this listing except BE CAREFUL WHICH UNIT YOU ARE GETTING. !!!!

Very clean, with space-efficient layout and everything we needed. Price was outstanding. Host Jenni was exceptionally helpful as we had not gotten the automatic check-in information, but she sent it quickly.Location was fine, indeed walking distance from downtown, though the charms of Fairbanks lie elsewhere. We were a short walk from the transit station and the information people there were terrific about guiding us to use the excellent system. We were delighted to discover that senior citizens ride for free!It is essentially a basement apartment but there was plenty of airflow and light. Colorful it is!
