The Space:

When you arrive at the home, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting living room/kitchen/dining area that features beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and stylish decor. The living room is a light-filled space with large windows lining the wall and 3 couches of differing sizes providing ample space for your group to relax together. Charming decor, an oversized rug, and a stone hearth provide a warm atmosphere to the space, making it a homey area you will enjoy relaxing in. The largest couch doubles as a pull-out bed for those groups needing more sleeping accommodations.
On the other side of the living room, you will find the spacious kitchen and dining area, a great space for your group to cook and eat meals at home together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal with stainless steel appliances including a double oven, spacious granite counters for meal prep, and a full range of basic cookware. You will enjoy preparing your delicious creations in this space! A kitchen island with 2 bar stools seamlessly blends the kitchen and dining room together. The dining room includes a table with seating for 8, so you can enjoy meals with your group. Turn the dining table into the game night area and try out one of the board and card games found in the house for some lighthearted fun. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the deck where you will find a BBQ, patio seating, and a private 6-person hot tub perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes.
Rounding out the lower level of the home is a half bathroom as well as a tall round table with seating for 3 located in the entryway just off the front door.
Unwind and recharge in one of the home’s 5 bedrooms, all of which are located on the upper floor of the home. The master bedroom is an inviting space with a king-size bed and matching nightstands with lamps great for late-night reading. The room boasts a 4-drawer dresser with an Apex TV on top, a plush leather chair, and large windows providing ample natural light. The master bedroom includes an attached bathroom where you will find a luxurious space to freshen up before bed with a spacious double-sink vanity with ample storage space, and a large walk-in shower and a spa tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have bunk beds, with one room featuring a twin-over-twin and the other a twin-over-full. These rooms are great options for the kids in your group or for those looking to share a room. Each of the bedrooms includes ample space to store your personal items with a closet, dresser, and nightstands available. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are spacious rooms with comfortable queen-size beds. In the 4th bedroom, you will find a cushioned bench tucked underneath a large window, making for a cozy spot to relax. The 5th bedroom has a cushioned ottoman to sit on, a tall dresser with a TV on top, and the luxury of an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom includes a spacious single-sink vanity with 4 drawers and a bathtub/shower combo. All of the bedrooms have plush carpeting, providing additional comfort to the rooms. Rounding out the upstairs is a shared full bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower with a glass door. In the hallway, you will also find a closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including a garage and a private balcony with a hot tub. Guests will also have access to up to 6 parking places between the garage, driveway, and first-come first-serve street parking. The home includes access to a range of shared amenities in the clubhouse which include a pool, spa, fitness center, and lounge area.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Bear Hollow community, the location of this home places you mere minutes from Olympic Park, where you can enjoy a variety of year-round activities. You are also a quick drive to Redstone/ Newpark in Kimball Junction where you will find shopping, grocery, restaurants, and more! Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Legacy Loop, Spring Creek Trailhead, and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead just minutes away. If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village 7 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort 20 minutes away, you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping in at the nearby outlet malls, with Outlet Park City and Redstone Center a 5-minute drive away. It is also a quick 12-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
Getting Around:
This beautiful home is situated on the free shuttle route, making it easy and convenient to get around town! Less than a 10-minute walk will take you to the bus stop Hwy 224 & Bobsled Blvd on the FREE transit line that will take you to Canyons Village Transit Hub, or you could walk down to the Kimball Junction Transit Center which is located a mile from the home. From both transit center’s you have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 20 minutes from the home, such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyon Village Resort is only a 7-minute drive from the home. Make the 12-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the outdoor pool is closed during the winter season.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
