Welcome home to Sand On My Toes! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two story home, located in Seaside’s family friendly South end comfortably sleeps 9 guests. Come inside and be pampered by all the welcoming touches the owners have included for your comfort and enjoyment. Enter a cozy, beach themed, living area that opens into a spacious dining room. The table here is big enough to seat your entire family and both rooms are drenched in light from the skylights above. Prepare a holiday feast or family meal in the well appointed kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. Watch a movie or the big game on the Smart TV in the comfortable family room. With both access to streaming services, your choices are unlimited. The owners have also thoughtfully provided a selection of DVD’s, games and children’s toys that will keep everyone entertained on rainy days. The main floor also features a powder room and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs you’ll find a stunning primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom that features a jetted tub, walk in shower and walk through closet. Down the hall is a second full bathroom and a second beautifully decorated bedroom with a queen bed. Next door is the bunkroom which has two sets of twin bunk beds. Throughout this lovely and well-cared for home you’ll find thoughtful touches such as plush linens, comfy blankets, blow dryers, flashlights and fans for those warm summer days. The home is perfectly suited for families with a high chair, pack n play and lots of toys, books and games to keep the little ones occupied for hours.

Outside the same attention to detail has been paid. The front yard is beautifully manicured with a flat even path from the driveway to the front door. You’ll find a hot tub, picnic table and lots of outdoor seating for adults and kids alike in the big fully fenced back yard. And if you’re ready to do a little exploring, you’ll find adult and children's bikes and safety helmets of all sizes in the garage as well as a selection of strollers and even a baby backpack. Load up the included beach wagon with beach chairs, beach toys and coolers all provided and head three blocks to the beach access for a day of sun and Sand On Your Toes!

The maximum occupancy here is 9 people, including infants, children and adults. This maximum may not be exceeded at any time, including daytime visitors.
