Welcome to our luxurious and beautiful home in the heart of Salt Lake County! Experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking natural beauty with family or friends; either from the comfort of the living room, through a glass wall with a stunning garden view, or outside, in a yard that offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.
The space
This is our breathtaking 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the stunning state of Utah. We take pride in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by an awe-inspiring view and a spacious open floor plan that is perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
Throughout the entire property, you'll find that attention to detail and modern comforts are paramount. From the beautifully remodeled interior to the spectacular views outside, every aspect of this home has been carefully designed to provide an exceptional stay for our guests.
As your dedicated hosts, we are committed to ensuring that your experience in our home is nothing short of extraordinary. 75 inch HDTV Smart tv with sofas that fits the family , cable and board games.

Kitchen:
Prepare meals in the brand-new fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops and inviting island with seating, the white and gold accents will make you fill like a chef in a pro kitchen.

Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full, 1 queen and full beds.

Bathrooms:
2 baths newly remodeled, featuring contemporary fixtures, fresh towels and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Outdoor private garden.
Private garden with a Hot tub (that will be available on Nov20th-2023) , outdoor cover seating area.

Our home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit, right next to Bangerter Hwy, 8 mins from I-215 , 17 min from I-15.

We travelled to Salt Lake City for a senior softball tournament. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. The back patio was nice to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Great house. Thermostat situation needs tweaking

Great house. Clean. Quiet. Well supplied bathrooms & laundry. Could use a blender in the kitchen.2 adults/3 teens for a conference. Check-in was easy. We were content with the beds and felt at peace sleeping there. One bedroom needs to shrink bed sizes so closet doors can open. At least, there is a dresser.We must be the first to stay here in the summertime! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the temperature situation. Thermostat was physically LOCKED with no way of adjusting/knowing what the temp setting was. We arrived in early summer with daytime temps in the 80'sF, the house heater was on(!), and we had no access to stop it. The next day, we were gone all day and came home for dinner to a frigid house. When we went to bed, the A/C did not come on again and the house got warm. There were other times the heater came on or the A/C was too cold. The fluctuations were perplexing. I appreciate that the owners said we could text them to adjust the thermostat. However, that's inconvenient as they have lives of their own. There was sometimes a lag in response before the heater or A/C was adjusted. I understand avoiding high utility bills, but I'm sure the heater & A/C ran longer than if we would have had been able to adjust them ourselves. A different kind of thermostat can cap how high or low it can go, letting guests adjust within those perimeters. We'd like to stay at this house again for next year and hope the thermostat situation is improved before then.

Clean comfortable stay

First of all, the entire house was immaculately clean and fresh. They’ve done a superb job decorating in the mid-century mod design manner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a nice bonus and the backyard area was comfortable and private as well.

Excellent Place to Stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. The home was spotless. The hosts were very helpful and replied within minutes to my questions. The house is in a nice area. The kitchen is big and stocked very nicely. The bathrooms were well stocked as well with a lot of clean towels. The washer/dryer worked well. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows. I am excited to stay here again on my next visit.

Felt right at home…

Check in was very easy. The host is friendly and accessible at all times. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with beautiful gold finishes. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Having a washer and dryer in the home was great! The back wall on the home is all glass window, which makes it feel open to nature. We would love to stay here again!

Incredible house, incredible vacation

Where to start, communication with hosts started early and they were always available. Check in was seamless. House was even more beautiful than the pics. We settled in quickly and hit the hot tub after a long day of travel! The house was conveniently located to the airport, downtown SLC and all the ski resorts. The hosts provided very nice amenities from the shampoo in the bathrooms to the delicious coffee and wide assortment of teas. The house was spotless and comfortable. Beds were great, we hated getting up early to hit the slopes, just wanted to stay in bed lol. Did I mention how great the hosts were? They were fantastic through the entire stay. Beyond expectations. Can't wait until next year to rent this home again!!

Great Salt Lake Vacation Home

We had an excellent stay at this very nice, comfortable home. We had an easy time getting to numerous ski resorts from here. Loved the open kitchen and living area. Property manager was easy to communicate with a quick to respond. Would stay here again, incredible value!
