This charming single-story studio villa has everything you need for your next desert escape!

The Space:
This beautiful lock-off studio is surrounded by luscious landscaped grounds, fountains, and mountain views. It is within a short walk to the main pool area and steps to another nearby pool.

This studio has a king size bed, dresser, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and opens out through French doors to a private patio where you can enjoy the sounds of one of the 19 community fountains. The bathroom has granite counter tops, a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils, perfect for extended stays or weekend getaways.

This is a pet friendly unit. One dog under 50lb is allowed with a nightly pet fee and prior management approval.

I booked this stay for an overnight business trip. The room was charming, quiet, and comfortable, as well as clean and modern. My favorite feature was the fireplace. The location is excellent, not far from Old Town La Quinta, which offers a wonderful selection of restaurants. I would recommend this location and would certainly return for another stay.

Loved the peace and quiet. The room is small but efficient. Very clean! Easy checkin! Only issue was the shower, a new shower head that moves so you don’t get drenched just trying to turn on the shower would be nice! I don’t know why but the shower water was lukewarm at best, regardless of how long the water ran. No one wants a cold shower. Shower aside, loved our stay!

The location of the unit was very confusing as all the units look the same as well as this unit shares the address with another unit not far away. Come back at night with no adjacent parking available and we found ourselves a little lost in the dark (bring a flashlight) We also had cigar smoke in the room. The room itself was clean and nice.

Overall, this stay fell short primarily due to the condition and quality of the linens. For a smaller unit, a few basics really matter, and unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment. The pillows appeared mismatched and worn, as if they had been pieced together over time. The comforter and top blanket did not seem freshly washed, and there were visible stains, which made the space feel less than clean.Clean, comfortable linens are essential for even a short stay, and there were no extra sheets or pillowcases available in the closet. The mattress was also covered in plastic, which is understandable for protection, but without a proper padded layer over it, it made sleeping uncomfortable, noisy, sweaty and hot.Additionally, the shower head could use replacing—it’s a small upgrade that would make a noticeable difference.On a positive note, parking was convenient, check-in was smooth, the pool area was enjoyable, and the location worked well. However, the overall experience was impacted by what felt like a lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort.
