This house is designed to spend a nice and cozy family vacation, in a quiet and pleasant place. Rest and relax. cozy and comfortable rooms.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and spacious, full of forest trees. It is a perfect and safe place just two minutes from the highway.

Just by car or uber.

The tv’s are smart TV’s, does NOT have a cable box.
HOUSE RULES:

- No parties, unregistered guests, or illegal substances are allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fee.
- No smoking inside the house. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking on the premises.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. An extra fee of $80 will be charged if you stay longer than 30 minutes.
- Pet rules: Register your pets and keep them off beds and couches. Dispose of pet hair in the outside dumpster. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if pet hair is found on beds, pillows, or sofas. Take your pet outside and clean up after them.
- Clean the kitchen, refrigerator, and dishes before leaving to avoid a $50 fee. Place all trash in the outside dumpster. Used towels should be left in the laundry basket or in the laundry room.

Everything is just like the pictures but maybe even better. The beds were super comfy, the space between all bedrooms were perfect! The neighborhood is nice and its close to the main highway 75. Would def consider staying again.

Our stay was great!

The property details were accurate. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was amazing with stylish furnishings and decor. There was more than enough space for our family of 8. We will definitely book again with this host in the future!

Beautiful, Clean Home

This house was absolutely beautiful inside. Owner was very responsive to questions and assisted promptly with requests that were made during our stay. The home was very clean and common areas were roomy enough for our family of 5 adults. Be advised there is not an oven in the house so choose your meals to prepare wisely. Also, the internet was not reliable; not sure if that was due to the weather, but it was the one thing that did not go well for our stay. Overall, we would definitely rent again, but probably bring our own router.

Surprise! Surprise!

As you see in your description, “spacious modern home”, this is a duplex. The guest are upstairs and the staff are downstairs. Also, tge host chastised me for not booking properly even though she pocketed my money for an extra day and forgot to tell the cleaning staff that I had an extra day. In hindsight , I see what I feared was going to be an issue became an issue. The cleaning staff. Came to clean, and realized that someone was there. What I didn’t like was the host blaming me for the mixup.

Hosts Tried To Cancel Me

I made this booking, the last one in the area, a few weeks before Thanksgiving to stay for two weeks. I thought the host would be happy to get a long booking like this. The day before my reservation started the host came on VRBO chat and told me they were canceling the last four days of my stay (Thanksgiving weekend essentially), claiming that they needed to make repairs. I asked them to please don't cancel me. They did it anyway and VRBO said the refund wouldn't hit my bank account for 2 weeks. I had no money to move my family anywhere else. After begging, pleading and calling VRBO, the host finally allowed my reservation to stand and allowed me to stay the entire time. BE CAREFUL booking a long stay with this host. They have a history of canceling people's reservations.

Renter Beware! Property details this is a duplex and ONLY the top portion is rented out. We arrived in town to attend a funeral. After a scary incident with a group telling us to get out of their house, they realized they rented the bottom portion. This group played loud music, yelled, and smoked weed all night long. We could smell the weed in our portion of the house, my daughter is allergic and broke out in hives. We had to call the police to come out to get them to turn the music down. Although the music was turned down, the bass in the music vibrated stuff in the house upstairs. The music was still playing when we checked out in the morning. I continue to message the owner throughout the night stating that none of us can sleep so they were aware of the issue. We only received one and a half hours of sleep. Sockets in both bathrooms, coffee maker, fireplace, front door keypad did not work and was reported. Did not receive check in or check out email. Although host confirmed the group rented the bottom portion, later on they stated they canceled and tried to deny that anybody was even there. No apologies, no offer of any type of refund or assistance. Do not rent. I documented everything, took pictures, and recorded. VRBO said this was unacceptable and issued a refund.
