Tennessee Riverfront Cottage! Location is ideal! So close to UT campus, Market Square, and all the best of what Knoxville has to offer! The 5 panel accordion doors opens up bringing merging the kitchen/ living room with the spacious outdoor patio only feet away from the Tennessee River. Cottage is fully stocked with all the amenities and guests are welcome to use paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing gear. Location is ideal! Walk to downtown and market square. Ride your bike to UT campus, or mountain bike at Baker Creek. Kayak from Seven Islands, Paddle board to I-jams Nature Park, be apart of the VOL NAVY, or simply tailgate on your own private deck & dock and enjoy that VOL fan energy since you can hear the game calls being announced from Neyland Stadium.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The location right on the water was absolutely perfect—peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were hoping for. The cottage itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, waterfront escape.

Caroline and Rance were fantastic hosts! Warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. The property was gorgeous and presented just as it does in the pictures. We will 100% be staying there again!
