Enjoy this just released high-end boutique Airbnb. This 1950s “Old Florida” home sits 4 houses from a path to the beach on a dead end enclave of similar homes. This light-filled beach house was renovated and designed by Stoneledge Farm + Home — a design firm based in NYC and Vermont. Exquisite decor, art, and top-of-the-line details make this home a rare find. Walk to the beach with your coordinating umbrella and chairs. Covered deck offers privacy and seclusion after a day of surfing. The space is open plan centered around a large living room and adding dining room. A chef's kitchen with sub zero refrigerator, etc. is newly stocked and brand new. A sunroom is just off the living area and has access to the covered deck. 3 bedroom (King, Queen, and Twin beds) and 2 and 1/2 baths with housekeeping outbuilding. A "jewel box" from a design standpoint mixing vintage and new. No detail overlooked. Fine linens atop premium mattresses and pillows. Luxury living yet comfortable with a beach vibe.

We found this magical property on one of our deep dives into the real estate rabbit hole. The proximity to the ocean and beautiful Delray Beach area were the immediate draw. Now we have fallen in love with the little street and friendly and safe community.
この宿泊施設の特徴
It is an "Old Florida" style home with all the bells and whistles of a new build. The design is out of a magazine and the sound of the ocean is the perfect backdrop beneath the fans on the covered back deck. Lots of open space and room to spread out for a large family.
