Good location and a nice little neighbourhood; close to the park and a top coffee shop to walk to. A nice size house, big comfy sofa and very cosy.

The property was a great value overall. One thing about the listing was that it showed the hot tub, but it was not operational. I checked the listing, and it was not noted as an amenity. The grill did not have propane and was dirty. The patio could have been blown off for aesthetics and the home could have been a little cleaner. Still, a great home in a great location.

This house is full of character and has lots of space for guests of all ages (even a crib in one of the large rooms upstairs). It was clean, had every gadget and appliance you could think of in the kitchen (including a fancy Breville espresso machine), and had a fenced in backyard. While it wasn’t really walkable to shops & restaurants, we had no problem getting an Uber anytime of day or evening and we used Walmart delivery for groceries, which worked great. The 1/2 bath on the first floor was convenient but very small as was the standing shower upstairs (there is a large soaking tub upstairs which you could use instead). The fourth bedroom was in the basement and felt like it (we didn’t need it for our group of 3), and the washer/dryer down there came in handy during a rainy weekend. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating, allowing us to store our bags in the garage before the house was ready for check in so we didn’t have to drag them all over town. Quiet neighborhood which was also lovely. Would stay again.

As a VRBO host myself, they really need to clean the property better. There was water damage in the only bathroom with sheetrock, paint peeling from water from roof, stains on couches, pillows, fridge and freezer still having remnants from previous renters, shower with mold on the outside seal, kitchen drawers with utensils that needed to be rewashed, no dishwasher soap, no body wash/soap in shower. Would be an incredibly cute house if maintained better...and to add insult an envelope with a request for tip for cleanliness :(

We specifically ask our guests to make us aware of any issues or concerns as soon as possible during their stay so that we have the opportunity to address and correct them promptly. Unfortunately, none of the concerns mentioned in this review were brought to our attention during your stay, so we were not given the opportunity to inspect or resolve them at the time. We would also like to clarify the comment regarding the tip envelope. The card left in the home clearly states that tipping is completely optional and never expected. It is simply provided for guests who choose to recognize the cleaning staff and is not a request or requirement for a tip. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and appreciate constructive feedback. We will review the concerns mentioned and continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Don't pass up this property!

My children, nephew and I were brought to Billings because my sister was in the hospital. I originally chose this property because of its location to the hospital. We were welcomed by a vase of flowers and a card. We were able to have immediate communication with the property owner and manager and they were so nice and helpful! There was plenty of room for us to decompress and it was child friendly (btw, my granddaughter LOVED the little house/kitchen outside!!) This was the last time we were able to see my sister alive and I will say, we had a WONDERFUL weekend. Thank you so much for opening your home up to us and allowing us to feel at home. :)

The property was clean and spacious for our 3 families to come together for a visit. Daniel, the host, answered our questions in a timely manner and was respectful of our privacy. There were wild turkeys and deer that roamed throughout the neighborhood which added to the ambiance. We would stay there again!

This house was a very charming, old home that has been nicely updated. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is within a short distance from a beautiful park/playground. We did, however, experience several issues with cleanliness (i.e. dirty dishes, leftover/open food in the refrigerator, dirty laundry left from a pervious renter, ants in the tub). The master bed frame was broken as well, making it very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but would not book again.
