This first-floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,408 S.F. end unit, built in 2019 condo is equipped with all living necessities, all you need to do is unpack your bags! Upgrades around every corner including tile throughout, washer & dryer, tile backsplash in the kitchen, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, shiplap accent wall, and private screened in lanai overlooking a lake.
