Just what you would expect in a North woods cabin. Knotty pine on the walls and a beautiful view of the woods. Check in was easy and communication was great. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed to make meals.

Northern Wisconsin Getaway

Nice, clean, cozy, quiet cabin in the woods. Centrally located between Three Lakes and Eagle River. Owner is very good about communication. If you want to really “disconnect” for a while, this is a great place to do just that.

We enjoyed our time at this cute cabin. The host communicated closely with us making the stay pleasurable despite the sub zero temperatures. Very clean and nice location. Beautiful views of the snowy forest from the picture windows.

Super clean, full accommodations and amazing owners!!! We plan on comming back again hopefully this winter, but definitely next year!!! And every year after! Was the perfect 2nd honeymoon destination!!

Forest retreat!

Peaceful and beautiful location in the forest. Cottage was clean and had the ammenities you would need for a week's stay. Saw deer in the yard and an eagle a short walk from the cottage.

A stay in three lakes.

Was a nice place to stay for the three lakes shootout. There’s no a/c or WiFi but luckily the weather wasn’t really hot. Would stay here again. The host was great to deal with.

Nice equipment for the most part, but bedrooms too small and standard double beds not comfortable.Virtually all listed properties have wifi connection -- this one does NOT and lack of Internet access should somehow be noted in listing materials -- this is significant "concealed" inconvenience.

Cozy and CLEAN!

Surprisingly cozy and super clean accommodations nestled in the north woods. Such nice items provided from pots and pans to the towels. Built a camp fire in the first morning with provided wood and newspapers. Saw 5 deer early one morning out the porch window. There was a window air conditioner in the family room but didn’t need it. Ceiling fans and updated windows provided plenty circulation. The cabin had plenty of space for the 3 adults. Kitchen was big for the little cabin. Super quiet beautiful area even though other cabins are around but not intrusive into your space. We found it was really easy access using Military road to Three Lakes, Eagle River and the Franklin Lake campground area. Our stay was too short so we didn’t get to eat at Lindy’s Hideaway and Swamp Witch inn but we did buy ice there for our relatives that were camping. The locals were talking about the good food there at such an interesting spot in the woods. Host was very available for info and questions as needed. We hope to be back next year!
