This is our family vacation home at Sawgrass Country Club. Maximum 4 people - ideal for couples - 2 king size beds in each bedroom. We are located on the closest street to the beach in Sawgrass Country Club. Listen to the waves of the ocean from the front door and savor the peace and quiet in the sunroom on the golf course. Please see photos. Calendar is up-to-date.

$1,800 per week (any 7 day period)

WELCOME
Our family enjoys sharing our renovated 2BD/2BA condo located in the most desirable location at Sawgrass Country Club. This designer unit is located on the closest street to the beach in the gated golf course community. Savor the sounds of the ocean whilst on the 2nd fairway of the EAST course at the famous Sawgrass golf course.

KITCHEN -
One look at the photo and it pretty much says it all - completely open and fully appointed kitchen with all of the amenities. Should you decide to cook during your stay, this kitchen has everything you will need.

TWO MASTER BEDROOMS !!!
This is one of the only units that features two complete master bedrooms, each with a fully appointed King Size bed and private bathroom. This unit is ideal for two couples, families, golf outings and the elderly.

FIRST MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Enjoy the views of the 2nd hole of the East Course from the luxury of your bed and step out into the large sun room through the 8 ft glass sliders. This master bath includes a huge custom shower and his/her sinks. You will have plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet.

SECOND MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Listen to the sounds of the ocean from this designer appointed king sized bed with it's own walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All beds are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics.

Each bedroom has it's own walk-in closet with more storage space than you will ever need for your personal items.

LIVING AREA HIGHLIGHTS
Savor the large, bright open floor plan with it's high cathedral ceiling. Please view pictures to see the various seating areas. Enjoy entertaining or relaxing in this comfortable living room.

DINING AREA HIGHLIGHTS
This is the most formal area of the home with a beautiful dining room table that seats 6 and is near the bar and barstools. Should you desire to entertain, have your guests dine in style at this beautiful glass top round table.

SUNROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Sit and unwind in this large enclosed sunroom overlooking the 2nd hole on the EAST course of the Sawgrass Country Club. This room features a library of books and many games including poker chips, scrabble, backgammon, monopoly, and many more... This bright room also features a separate dining table that seats 4 and has 2 chaise chairs and 2 wicker chair and ottomans. Again, please refer to photographs as they are up-to-date and say more than words.

In case you need to do some laundry, our laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

SPECIAL PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUB INFORMATION:
This property has a full golf membership which means that you are able to have access to all of the private country club ammenities at the world renowned Sawgrass Beach and Country Club for an additional fee. This is very important for your vacation experience as it allows you access to the multi-million dollar Beach Club with fine dining (dress code strictly enforced), family pool and separate Adult pool on the beach - golf at Sawgrass Country Club or play tennis at the recreation center. A link is provided for the Sawgrass Country Club website.

Short walk to the private beach club. Beach chairs and 2 bicycles are available.

Home of the MPS Group Tennis Championship for 2009, 2010, and 2011. The racquet club has 13 har-tru tennis courts and fitness club.

Golf course has 27 holes and is former home to the Tournament Players Championship.

Sawgrass Country Club guest membership is available for an additional charge.

We hope you enjoy your stay at this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in prestigious Sawgrass Country Club. This bright and open home offers stunning golf course views, yet is a mere 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the private beach, or you can sit in the enclosed sunroom overlooking the 2nd hole of the East Course and enjoy the sounds of the surf. The golf club house is nearby and offers plenty of social activities as well as some of the best golf available. A temporary membership will allow use of the club facilities which include a brand new beach club featuring 2 dining areas, 2 lounges, a cabana bar, family heated pool, adult heated pool on the beach and beachside grill and patio dining. There is also seasonal entertainment Thursday - Sunday.

Beautiful Condo close to the Beach and on the Golfcourse

My husband and I recently spent a week here and loved staying here. We travel quite frequently and this is definitely a condo we will return to. It is beautifully furnished and conveniently located. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely sunroom.

A Girls getaway

Stayed Several Times - at least once a year!

Vacationing at this condo is heaven!!! Clean, comfortable, within walking distance to the beach, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Thoroughly enjoy sitting at the Beach Club pavilion with coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening to the sound of waves and just overall natural beauty. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in the convenience of beach and golfing.

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I were made to feel welcome and comfortable by the owner via conversations prior to our arrival. This really is much better than staying in a hotel and we almost felt like we were in our own vacation home during our stay. The pictures are true (we were pleasantly surprised). Best vacation

We stayed at this property from June 10th to the 27th, 2016. We came here as my son was attending a 2 week swim camp. The location is fantastic, the condo is beautiful, makes you feel very at home, and the facilities of Sawgrass Country Club are excellent. All in all a wonderful vacation, and we plan to return next year.

The most well appointed rental we have experienced

Floor plan was ideal for two adults and condition was excellent. Location was within a 10 minute walk to the beach and backyard sunroom overlook golf course fairway. Owner Very responsive and organized.....had local information readily avaiable. Excellent condition and furnishings.

Loved it, want to go again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk in and find the condo exactly as it was represented. The furnishings were lovely and so comfortable. The weather during our stay was not the best, but having the wonderful sunroom made up for it. A great place to curl up with a good book. We really hope to go back next year for a longer visit. It has everything you could need and more.

Sawgrass Country Club near beach

On the golf course at Sawgrass Country Club and also close to the beach. About a 5 min walk to the beach - a little over a block? You can hear the waves of the ocean and smell the sea air - the condo is immaculate with new appliances and brand new washer and dryer.

Beautiful condo in excellent location

This condo is warm and inviting. Lots of natural light and comfortable surroundings. We felt at home and relaxed from the moment we stepped in the door. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time away from it all (including the bikes we rode each day during our stay). The beach (beautiful sunrises and sunsets) are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon.

A Place That Has Everything!

This condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Having all amenities close by just made our stay even more pleasant; close walk to beach, golf, and Sawgrass Country Club restaurants because owners are members and could offer that to guests. The unit has EVERYTHING you could imagine; if you forgot to bring it, the owners have it available for you. We didn't want to leave and loved it so much, we are looking at properties in the Ponte Vedra area!

We had a great experience here

We found everything as described and it showed even better in person. The owner was very patient with all of my questions and above and beyond. She even had a nice welcome gift basket with snacks which were much appreciated given our late arrival and travel delays. The location really is perfect. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is by far the best managed. You can tell this really is their home. Thank you Juliana 10 stars! We'll definitely be back

Peaceful retreat in beautiful setting!

Upon arrival, we always feel relaxed and at peace as we begin our vacation. This is a delightful condo with updated and refreshing décor. The floor plan is comfortable and all of the rooms are appointed with beachcombers and golfers in mind. The community is quiet and quaint with serendipitous opportunities to explore natural wildlife. The location is superb with close walks to the beach and walking trails. A very short drive will lead you to shopping, historic Florida and a variety of well known restaurants to satisfy the palate. The owner is personable giving details to make your stay most memorable. A treasure to make your vacation one to remember!

OUTSTANDING LOCATION!!!!

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this clean, bright and roomy condo ON the golf course. The location is so convenient to many golfer's dreams including TPC Sawgrass which is located right across the road from the main gate. Golfer's Village is a short drive and well worth it as is St. Augustine's. We played the golf course at Sawgrass CC and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Including snapping shots of the local alligators sunning themselves on the course. The owners were excellent with their guide left in condo with all kinds of suggestions on places to eat and visit. We have already booked our next trip back. Totally recommend this rental!!

So Glad We Picked This Condo, GREAT LOCATiON!

We had no idea how huge Sawgrass was until we arrived and we got so lucky with the location of this condo. We love the beach and had we stayed elsewhere, we would have not been able to walk to the beach or hear the waves. I even spent some time going on the front porch to just listen to the waves. The owners were very nice and you can tell that this is their second home. Just a little extra touch that we don't get elsewhere. The management company was very convenient and made our transition easy. We would love to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely PERFECT

What an incredible, beautiful place. I enjoyed myself so much as I do each and every time. Has been my 10th time now and won't be my last. Very pretty and so comfortable. Close to the beach , right on the golf course, charming ,charming charming all around. Can't wait to go again to my home away from home. Julianna O'Hara is incredible, not only did she create a delicious wonderful home, but is very helpful and easy to reach . Even though, she has everything ready to go in a very informative folder. Hope everybody enjoys their stay as much as I did and do!!!!!

So Convenient and Lovely

My daughter and I were blessed to stay in this lovely condo during her lacrosse tournament a few weeks ago. We felt like queens. Not only is the condominium incredibly welcoming, but the surroundings are incredible. A slice of heaven on earth. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone and can't wait to go back. Luxury and Comfort at the Beach!

My husband and I have rented condos all over the world and this condo far exceeded our expectations. We had 3 months to enjoy the incredible views from the sunroom, walk or ride bikes to the beach, and experience all the amenities of Sawgrass Country Club. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are wonderful! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect--bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, gas grill. For those who love wildlife, there's bird, dolphin, turtle and aligator watching! We particularly enjoyed dining at The Fish Camp, one of the restaurants the owners recommend in their very helpful local guide. We hope to make visits to this condo an annual event. Sawgrass Condo

We took this condo for the week expecting a vanilla experience in Florida. This turned out to far exceed our expectations. The open, spacious environment was so well lit in the morning there was no need to turn on the lights. The fully remodeled kitchen was a huge bonus. In the back is an air conditioned porch where you can sit and read, listen to the birds or just watch the golfers go by. Being just minutes away from the Sawgrass Country Club and the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass was phenomenal. Equally close are fabulous restaurants with fine dining or comfort food of the South. I highly recommend this vacation rental and will be going back soon.

So convenient and beautiful!!!

Enjoyed our stay March 2, 3, and 4th. It is very soothing to hear the ocean in the front bedroom and when you walk out the front door. So convenient to the beach and walking trails all over the place. Very clean, just beautiful and oh, so comfortable. Large kitchen with all the equipment and utensils to prepare a large meal or just snacks. Bedrooms have walk-in closets which enable a family to have plenty of storage space for easy access to the personal items. The sun room provides a comfortable place for reading or just relaxing and watching the golfers. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby including LuLu's, a famous seafood restaurant on the Intercoastal Waterway. Very safe with manned security gates and IDs are required to enter the property. I would highly recommend this beautiful property to family, friends, tourists, and clients.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Southern Charm

My husband and I have rented a lot of vacation condos in the past and we've had good luck and bad luck. This beach/golf condo was definitely a winner! The entire place has been recently and beautifully renovated, we especially liked the kitchen with the spacious open floor plan. The furniture is very nice and bedrooms both have new linens and decorations. We loved that the area is so natural and peaceful. The condo sits in a wooded area along the golf course so we could sit on the back porch and watch the golfers go by or we could take a short walk to the beach. We were even able to do some gator watching along the way. The owners were great to work with and have southern hospitality to complement the setting of the condo. There are stores nearby for anything you need and if you are looking for more action Jacksonville isn't far. This place would be great for a family, two couples or a business weekend. You'd be able to entertain other people well in this location.

Fabulous vacation!

My boyfriend surprised me with a golf get-a-way to Sawgrass. We are both avid golfers and he wanted to stay at a condo right on the golf course with close access to the beach. He did some research on Homeaway.com and saw a condo that he thought would be perfect. OMG!! Were we delighted when we arrived!! The condo was perfect and exactly as described in the the posting .... actually more gorgeous than the pics. The kitchen was fully stocked and waiting for us to settle right in. We slept so well because the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable! It was so delightful to get up and enjoy our morning coffee in the gorgeous sunroom overlooking the golf course before our tee time. We couldn't wait to get out and play! After a long day, we also enjoyed romantic evening walks on the beach. Great location. We can't wait to return! Thank you!!!

Wonderful!

I never write reviews but this place far exceeded my expectations so I wanted to write about my experience here. My wife and I spent one of our best vacations at Sawgrass . I wanted golf, she wanted the beach. This place met both of our needs. The temporary membership is well worth it. I was trying to decide between the Marriott at Sawgrass or a condo rental and I am so glad we chose this condo. The owner (Juliana) was great with communication and the management company was very professional and had everything in order when we arrived. The Beach Club is fantastic, even if I didn’t play golf, I’d do the membership just for the Beach Club. We had one of the top ten meals of our lives at the Beach Club restaurant. We had a lovely week in Ponte Vedra Beach and we were there even when a tropical storm arrived. The condo was equipped with everything you needed. The description was accurate and the listing photos accurately reflect the condo’s appearance. The beds and furniture were very comfortable too. It really is location, location, location and this place has it all. Much better than a hotel! This was the first time we did a vacation rental instead of a hotel and I wonder why I was so reticent before as this really did feel like home. I would recommend this property to friends or relatives.
