100 yards from sand - a quick stroll across the parking lots and you are at the beach walkover, which is right there on the south side of Sawgrass Country Club's Beach Club.

*** INFECTION CONTROL PROCEDURES UTILIZED - I have spent over 25 years working with infection control procedures, emphasis on cross-contamination, and have disinfected every surface touched. All linens laundered on HOT with BLEACH.

.Studio condo with monthly, weekly or nightly rentals available. Located in the desirable oceanfront gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club, behind 24hr manned security gate.


Second floor, vaulted ceilings, screened in patio - New furniture and two brand new higher end mattresses (a Kluft and a Medium-Firm Memory Foam), Sleeper sofa, brand new patio furniture, 55" HDTV smartTV, (for Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc) Complimentary Upgraded XFinity Blast Wi-Fi. Our family has allergies so there are full waterproof protectors on all mattresses and organic cotton pillows. New tri-clad stainless cookware. A two-room tiled bath features separate vanities and dressing area, 2 sinks.

2 beach chairs and a large umbrella are there for your use, as well as a Solbello Beach Shade.

Info sheet located in top dresser drawer with wi-fi codes, etc


*NOTE that the pool(s) visible in the aerial photos are private Country Club - unaffiliated w/ any of the beachside condos.

SAWGRASS COUNTRY CLUB - by renting from a member, you have ability to purchase a temporary membership (1 month minimum) which includes access to Beach Club, Golf Club, Fitness, Tennis & all Dining Facilities w/ a personal member charge. Perfect place for our stay

Great location. Very pleasant condo. The Sutliff’s have thought of all the details and are very responsive. The unit had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again soon.

The owner was lovely and communicated promptly. The property was very clean, quite cozy and appointed very well with essentials. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated complex had a guard and were strict with who was allowed to pass. The walk over to the beach access was just across the street. I would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful studio, beautiful location and wonderful host!!

Awesome Hospitality and Great Condo

Clean, Updated, and Comfortable Condo in a great, Gated(Secure) area. The host was amazingly helpful and communicative. Easy Check In/Check out. The Host handled everything with ease. She even went out her way to have 2 extra beach chairs for us so the whole family had a chair.!

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying with Vanessa. She was great to work with, very attentive. Condo was just as clean as I remembered it to be, cannot beat the location and proximity to the beach. If you have access to Sawgrass Beach Club there is virtually no need to leave the gate after arrival! Condo is equipped with everything needed for a week at the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Again!

Christmas family reunion

This property is excellent. It is very well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Love the sitting area with couch, coffee table, recliner. Lots of space to relax. Screened balcony is great. Most of all, Vanessa is a great hostess and communicator. And, the Atlantic Ocean is 3 minutes away. Can’t wait to return!

Perfection!!

We have stayed at other units in this location and nothing comes close to this property. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and tastefully appointed! The extra touches were so thoughtful, we felt like we were staying in a first class hotel. A beautiful retreat!

A beautiful retreat: the place is super clean and spotless, tastefully decorated with many elegant details. It smells divine, paired with soothing music to create a relaxing atmosphere Love the vaulted ceiling, well-equipped kitchen and in-house washer/drier, plus fast wi-fi! Everything is thoughtfully organized, meticulously maintained. Very comfy beds with luxury sheets, and spacious bath with plenty plush towels, all sparkling clean. Screened porch is fun to hang out, and the beach chairs came handy. We enjoyed daily walking on the beach picking shells and swim in the warm fabulous pool, and felt secure in the gated club. The host is without doubt the best! She is prompt to response, incredibly gracious and accommodating—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return when come to the area again. Thank you so much, Vanessa!

Best VRBO stay yet!

My family has been renting off VRBO for years. This unit was by far my best stay to date. Owner was super accommodating, little touches didn't go unnoticed. Late night flight inbound, lights were turned on, air conditioning set to COLD!, starter drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch to get us through until the store the following day. Truly felt like I was staying in a hotel. UNIT IS CLEAN. Other listings say they are clean, this one lives up to it. (Literally fell like I was the first person to stay there, that's a good feeling) Mother/Daughter trip, size worked well for us, wasn't cramped at all, 2 beds / couch&recliner - living/sleeping areas - Efficient with the space. Steps from the beach. Have visited Sawgrass since the 90's, favorite spot in Florida. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. At the onset of the trip, I was missing a pot for the Keurig. (big coffee drinkers) Long story short, previous renters burnt it on the stove, and the owner had yet to bring over the new one. She delivered it at my door within a hour off asking. GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY recommend, looking forward to staying again!

Excellent in every way!

We had to postpone our visit due to illness and the owner was terrific to work with. The condo was the best we've ever stayed at, extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials plus things we didn't even need. They thought of everything! Communication with the owner was excellent with immediate responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing condo steps from the beach!

Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could think of. Plenty of space for 2 but can sleep more (2 queen beds). A very short walk to the beach; which was the best part! Many times it felt like our own private beach as it wasn’t crowded one bit. We will definitely be back!
