The space
This is a 3 bedroom apt on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. It's in the heart of Warren close to everything the area has to offer. We have Tvs in every bedroom and living room, board games, coloring books for kids, and all kinds of fun amenities like ac in every bedroom, electric fireplace in the dining room, a great tv viewing area in the living room etc

Great stay for any occassion

Vlad’s property was nicely decorated with all of the amenities you wish to have when traveling. It’s a great place to host if you have a friend nearby, and is on a quiet street if you just need a place to work or rest. I would definitely book here again.

Avoid this property. Though listed as non-smoking, there is clearly smoking going on in the apartment and probably in the apartment below this one. The smell of smoke was overwhelming in the back bedroom and the bathroom. When I wrote to the owner about it, he promised a refund if we were unable to stay there (potentially minus cleaning fee). After the fact, he rescinded that offer sending me photos of the apartment taken by the cleaner that included places we had not touched, such as the shower to serve as evidence that he didn't need to refund us anything. Just really unpleasant and really shady. I had booked the apartment for my husband's birthday so he could go clamming nearby in Bristol and enjoy some time away with the family. Instead, we had to leave and head home as soon as he and my son got back from clamming. We tidied every area we had been in, cleaned and put back the few dishes we'd used, but were treated as though we trashed the place and told the cleaner said there was no cigarette smoke. Upshot: not a nice location, strong smell of cigarette smoke, shady owner. Utter disappointment and no money back.

Family visit

The apartment was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The rooms were good size with plenty of room. You are a short walk to down town. Privet off street parking. I would recommend staying there again in the future.
