Thank you for your kind review . We assume your complement to a hostess was to our on site contact person Carol . We also think she is fantastic and adds so much to our guests experiences . We were was delighted that you mentioned Rods Grill which has been across the street from us for more than fifty years . We were just in the process of expanding out welcome book description of all the new dining choices which have opened in the last five years giving Warren its deserved reputation as a foodie town . It’s great to also recognize the long time predecessors of all the new exciting choices being opened within easy walking distance of our units . We hope you will return again soon to see and sample the old and the new ( and try out the new bicycle path bridges opened last week bringing the bike /walking path which can be accessed from our back yard to nearly 15 mostly flat miles of lovely and at times spectacular shoreline scenery ) .

We loved our recent stay in Warren! The house was very comfortable despite being an older historic property. We loved that it was pet friendly and our 12-yr old golden retriever made himself right at home! We look forward to coming back again.

Location was fabulous. Traffic can be heard from the front bedroom is only negative. Everything else was great. Parking in the rear is actually a blessing based on location and traffic. Would stay again in future based on location.

Thank you for giving us feedback, which we appreciate. We're glad you enjoyed the fabulous location right in the heart of Warren with access to the historic district, bike path, shopping in unique stores, and great food destinations within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, the great location inevitably also comes with some street noise. Even with added wall insulation and modern windows, 1760 houses are not very soundproof. We did install a window air conditioner, which provides not only pleasant cooling but also tends to lessen street noises during sleeping hours.

Visit to Warren

Perfect place to stay. Right downtown so close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. Beautiful history to the apartment.

Very clean which we liked. Accessible to all downtown Warren. Newport was short drive. The house is very charming and beautifully decorated - has lots of history. Loved reading about the house in their welcome manual. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and Warren has a lot to offer

Funky, very old place in the heart of Warren. It worked for four adults attending a graduation, was well-stocked, and the communication was just right.

Main Street Warren

The house was a beautifully preserved piece of history, with all the current amenities. The home was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. Carol, the property manager was awesome!

Very pleasant stay

The home is old but very well kept and equipped. Carol the property manager could not have been more helpful. The bike path is virtually just outside the back door. We walked with our dog to Bristol and Colt state park which was just beautiful. Dels and Toms market were great.

Nice Historic Home

Overall the home was as described, beds were comfortable, and neighbors were friendly. We mostly visited with friends in the area and did not spend much time at the home but the bedrooms and porch/sunroom living area were kept cool with window air conditioning units which were very welcome considering the hot weather during our stay. We would recommend this home to others.

Comfortable and mostly roomy. And wonderfully close to all of Warren great shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom. Big eat-in kitchen. But not great for two couples. Second bedroom is very small, and the one bathroom is tiny. The main bedroom is inches from the street so traffic sounds are quite close but we got accustomed to that. Next-door property manager was super helpful when the AC in the second bedroom tripped the breaker.

I could have stayed here all summer

The house is absolutely lovely and excatly what I was hoping for. First vacation without the whole family; just me and my husband. The furnishings of the house completely match the history of the house and its cozy, comfy feel made it great to relax. The kitchen had everything I needed to make healthy, homecooked meals each night. The beds were SO comfortable. We are not used to window AC units but they all worked great and kept the house very comfortable (there was above average heat in New England!). I location of the home on Main Street made it very convenient for exploring Warren. Sampled Del's Lemonade (a must!) and found great restaurants. The beach in Warren is perfect and only a 4 min walk away. I would warn that this house is for adults or families with older children that will not harm the antiques and furnishings. Carol and Molly were GREAT NEIGHBORS and could sit and chit-chat with them (and give treats to Molly) anytime. We do plan on going back. The house was just what I needed!
