About this space
This beach home is cozy and relaxing with partial views of the ocean. The house features an open-concept living area with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light that floods in through large windows. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Step outside to find a large deck that provides the perfect place for socializing with friends. A prime location just steps from the beach, this home is the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life
The space
Check out the cool views from the third floor! You can see a partial view of the ocean from there. This three bedroom home sleeps 7 comfortably. There are queen beds in the master and spare bedroom. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. There are several foldable beach chairs and a large beach mat downstairs in the closet close to the stair case!

You will have full access to the home with the exception of a storage room downstairs.

Lovely house plenty of room had the cozy home feeling. A street over from the beach. A 5 min walk. The house has a lovely large deck and a upper deck with a crows nest. We will definitely stay again

Beach Time
The property is located 3 mins walking from the Beach. And 7 mins drive from downtown Pensacola Beach. We had a good time.

Wonderful and relaxing stay
Had a restful and relaxing visit with our adult daughter. Found the kitchen very well equipped for cooking meals. Unit even had most spices and kitchen staples like foil and plastic wrap that makes cooking an option. Really enjoyed and appreciated the various beach items that are stored downstairs. Made our many visits to the beach better and more enjoyable!! Will definetly stay again.

What a Cute Little Beach House!!
My 4 friends and I drove in from out of state excited for a relaxing beach vacay and that’s exactly what we got!! This house is adorable, very clean, and just about a 3 minute walk from bright blue waters. The owner is very kind and helpful, and we are so happy with our stay!

Peaceful Retreat
The house is located short driving distance to nice restaurants. The huge plus was the walking distance to the beach, about 3 minutes! We always found a nice spot and it wasn’t crowded. The deck was really nice in the evening and we could see the stars! It’s a very calm neighborhood and we felt safe leaving our beach items downstairs. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Never Again!
House could not stay cool. Air conditioning did not work for 17 hours in the scourching heat. Air conditioning air filter clogged with dirt and clogged the drain line .No maintenance seem to every be done on property. Screws sticking up on deck creating a trip/cut hazzard. Bugs around sink .Floor in front on the interior hallway airconditioner rotted we assumed from previous overflor issues with ac unit that also creates a mold smell. Host not resonsive to repair issue .We wasted a day waiting for the repair guy because host would not respond to traveler if we needed to be there or when repair guy may show up.The list could keep going on but why at this point . Never Again ! It is close to the beach

Gulf Breeze weekend
We very much enjoyed our long weekend at the beach house! Relaxing, easy walk to beach. Far enough from the hotels & other resorts to be able to sit on the beach by ourselves & enjoy the waves. Pictures are accurate. Neighborhood quiet. Just the right distance from the restaurants & tourist attractions. Definitely will return!

Excellent Beach House
This was a great quiet little beach house with a gulf view. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider it again in the future.
