The Living room and fully equipped kitchen has an open concept, making it perfect for your group to relax in! Located on the second floor, is the master bedroom that offers a comfortable King bed and an en Suite bathroom, and a guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and an en suite Bathroom. On the first level enjoy an open concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and half bath. There is plenty of space to enjoy after a long day on the beach. Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

This condo is very minimalistic but has everything you need. Bed was comfy, w/d worked well, nice fridge, not very many pots/pans but enough for what we needed.

Good trip

We enjoyed our time here. It would have been nice to have a table for eating, playing cards, etc. There were bar stools next to a large kitchen island but two were set up flush against the island with no room for legs (uncomfortable) and the other two didn’t have quite enough leg room and blocked access to drawers. Not really a good set up. Otherwise the unit had zero decoration. A picture of a seagull or sailboat or something really would have brightened it up.

Spring Break

Both TV’s in bedrooms did not work. Property managers were notified. We were told cable boxes were needed. The listing stated 3 TV’s. The entire stay we only had one. Refrigerator door would not stay closed. Handheld sprayer in guest shower broken. Loud (actually woke us up)sink in guest bathroom as well.

Great property!

We had extended family in for Thanksgiving. This unit allowed them to be nearby to our own unit in the same facility. Unit is totally updated and minimalistic - allows for plenty of room to spread out. Amenities were plentiful and the view is beautiful. Easy in and out of facility and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Huge pool.

Very poor communication with manager

On the arrival there was no signal at living room tv and next day internet disappeared. I made probably ~ 10 phone calls to manager office over 2 days and nobody showed up to fix problems for 2 full days. With no TV and wi-fi We were literally cut out from the world. But the main point is that managements just ignored our calls. We were really frustrated and wasted a lot of time to call and get somebody to even answer the phone. We will not come back to this place and do not recommend it to anybody.

Met our needs

We stayed at the Santa Rosa 425. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It started off a little rough but the management was very proactive and took care of every concern we had. The location is close to the beach and the inground pool. We used the pool everyday. We would stay here again.

Stay for a week long baseball tournament in Gulf Breeze

Took my 14 y/olds for a travel baseball tournament. Overall the place was “as described”. A very sterile decor, but understandable for a beach rental. Beds were comfortable, all necessary conveniences (coffee pot(s)), microwave, utensils etc., in the unit). Especially loved the stackable full size washer and dryer in the unit, which made washing baseball uniforms convenient. Maintenance was very prompt and polite (one of the TV’s was not working when we arrived). Getting to the beach was an easy walk, and the on property pool was massive. Getting around the island is easy, although since it is a tourist destination, lots of traffic. My only complaints about the unit itself, was that there is no elevator, which made carrying cooler and luggage a bit cumbersome. Also, the A/C did work but it was extremely hard to cool the upstairs where the bedrooms are located, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable (there are ceiling fans) and it was recommended not to set the thermostat past 70 degrees??

Just Enough / Nothing More

Overall, we had a great vacation. Condo was newly renovated and nice. Had everything necessary (to a certain extent) and nothing more. No unnecessary furniture taking up space and no beach “flair” plastered throughout like most condos. A little disappointed bc the listing included a toaster and blender which weren’t actually in the condo but in the grand scheme of things, not a huge deal. A few other minor annoyances but nothing that would cause us not to stay again. A quick walk to the beach and the pool was amazing!

Nice updated Condo

Everything was super clean, modern and updated. It didn’t have the typical 90s style beach decor, which I loved. I didn’t have the door code in my portal when I checked in, called the property manager and they got me taken care of quickly.
