Southern’s vision is to be the most caring company on the coast and we are sorry to hear you felt your experience when attempting to access the unit early was not ideal. We strive to make the check in process as seamless as possible and we do our very best to allow guest early access into properties when possible but unfortunately being a larger home this unit was not available for early access on this date. We maintain a high standard for our rentals and that starts with the cleanliness of the units. We take any complaints such as these very seriously and your concerns were given to the property conditions team to review as you requested however we show the only issue you requested to be addressed was the internet. We scheduled a technician from the internet provider to come out at their earliest appointment, unfortunately when working with 3rd party companies we can be at the mercy of their schedule and we apologize for any inconvenience that caused. We will be reviewing your concerns with our Guest Services department as well as our Property Conditions Team and appreciate the opportunity to improve on our quality of services. ~ The Southern Team
