We want to thank Florida Beach Rentals and the owners for sharing the unit with us. We had a wonderful time but it was for the most part due to the fabulous accommodations provided. We were very sorry to have to leave after a week long stay. Everything was perfect with it starting with the view that was unbelievable. We got to walk the beautiful beach and gather sea shells everyday. The evening lights were remarkable from the balcony which we used all during the day and into the evening. On Saturday evening there was a wonderful fireworks display for us to enjoy from our balcony. This unit was just what we were looking for and we will definitely return.

this was a wonderful apartment, home from home, location excellent, beaches to die for, although clearwater beach does get busy, if you have a car within 5 to 20 mins all beautiful beaches, not as busy, lovely sea front promenade, over all an excellent place, i would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have rented with Florida Beach rental and both times it has been perfect experience. This condo was the best we had ever stayed in and the location was great. Lots of room and very beautiful. Also had lots of extras.

Great place.

This rental had all we needed for a week stay in Clearwater FL. Clean, neat, comfortable, (one more comfy chair would have been nice.), very good location. The beds were very good and the kitchen was well supplied. Perfect for 3 couples.

This property was perfect for our stay. Short walk to the beach. I feel the check in process could have been done through email so we didn’t have to make another stop, but other than that we would definitely book again.

Hurricane Irma arrived the first day of my vacation, which ended my vacation. Didn't go when I heard the weather and they said the hurricane had changed paths. Very thankful to the owner that i was returned my money. Will try again in 8 weeks.

A spoiled vacation

Our party of 10 people rented two condos in this building. These condos are very spacious and the view across Clearwater is stunning. Unfortunately our vacation was truly spoiled by the horrendous drilling noises from the pile driving of a retaining wall right in front of the building, which continued the whole day. Both owners claimed to be surprised by this renovation work during our week, which seems very doubtful given the fact that we were the only occupants in the building. The other owners were clearly better informed. The only elevator was out of action on four of our seven days of our stay, which is particularly awkward for the elderly people in our party. We have rented previously condos in this building and also then the elevator was out of action on a number of days. Had we known we had to endure all this, we would obviously have rented somewhere else. The owners decided to reimburse us 3 days, but the decent thing would have been to reimburse us in full for a spoiled vacation. This condo had a superb large screen HD TV and Wifi is superfast, contrary to the top floor condo where the TV is ready for replacement and where Wifi is irritatingly slow. Prior to our vacation we were advised that the pool was under repair. Anyway the pool is smallish and cold being in the shade of the building. Our advice to prospective tenants is to ensure that no repair work is being planned during their stay. Given the reliability of the only elevator one should opt for a condo on a lower floor unless climbing stairs is not a problem. If swimming is important one should rent elsewhere.

They each exceeded our expectations!

We rented three properties at this location and were not disappointed in any. They each exceeded our expectations with furnishings, cleanliness and location. We were ideally situated for beaches, taxis, restaurants and The Trolley! A bonus was the provision of beach towels and beach accessories in some of the properties. Truly a 'once in a lifetime' family vacation dream come true. Cannot praise the apartments highly enough and would certainly recommend a visit and would love to return some time.

We'd happily use Florida Beach Rentals again.

We rated everything as "excellent" because it truly was. The worst thing we can say is that we were despondent when our vacation was over and we had to leave. The first morning we were there, I was sitting on the couch, facing the sliding glass doors and the water beyond when I saw a dolphin go swimming past. Dolphins in the back yard!! We ate fabulous food at various restaurants all within walking distance. Most evenings we only had to cross the street to enjoy drinks and free entertainment. We would definitely rent this unit again, and we would happily rent through Florida Beach Rentals again.
