Fashionable two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled bungalow on Phoenix’s prestigious midtown east near shopping, restaurants, & entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is two miles, Downtown Phoenix is three miles, Arcadia is four miles, Old Town Scottsdale is six miles, and Sky Harbor Airport is two miles.

Porcelain tile floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and Mint Green appliances. End lot with fully fenced front & back yards, BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, & picnic table. Smart TVs in living room & bedrooms with speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full-size front-loading washer and dryer. Sparkling heated swimming pool shared with two other bungalows.

It's a wonderful two-bedroom floor plan. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom boasts two queen beds and is served by the hall bath, which is steps away. Both bathrooms have showers, one-piece toilets, and a vanity sink.

The living room is oversized with a themed mural. It boasts two modern sofas, a club chair, a dining room table with 4 chairs (plus 2 more in the closet), and a bistro table with 2 barstools. In addition to the living room's 55" TV, there is a record player with about 30 albums and a lending library with a wide selection of books.

The kitchen features Mint Green appliances, including a refrigerator, a dual-fuel range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Next to the back door, you'll find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. This door leads to your private charcoal barbecue and a picnic table along the walkway to the pool.

There's a fully fenced (approximately 3 feet high) front yard furnished with a picnic table, four Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and a fully fenced (about 6 feet high) backyard perfect for your furry family members.

The entire private Boho Bungalow and the fully fenced front and back yards are yours. You have a BBQ outside the back door, which leads to the walkway to the sparkling heated pool you will share with the other two bungalows. The pool hours are 8am-10pm. You have Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit in the front yard, along with a picnic table. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and lighter fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library—take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and about 20 albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free. Sorry, we don’t permit cats due to allergies.
