This was a VERY nice place and community! It exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely responsive. It's conveniently located within 15 minutes of the airport and 30 minutes of the surrounding Phoenix area. The available amenities were awesome. This is a place that we would most definitely stay again and recommend to others!

What a great stay! The hosts were so hospitable and detail orientated. From the extra towels, phone chargers, all switches labeled, slippers, kitchen amenities, everything was impeccable! The neighborhood was beautiful and pool was incredible. We highly recommend Clint and Lexis place and will stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Stay

Very highly recommend. House was beautiful and just as described. Great location next to hiking and biking trails. Host were outstanding and very responsive to questions. Great space for families. Will definitely stay here again.

If you are reading this, just book it! Hosts are always available (we had NO issues) and the home is beautiful. There were 5 of us and we never left the complex the entire weekend! We spent two days at the SPECTACULAR pool and cooked most meals in the well equipped kitchen. You will not be disappointed. It’s a 10/10.

Volleyball Tournament Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home while spending time in Phoenix for our daughter's volleyball tournament. Location was great...just 15 minutes from the convention center. The home was decorated beautifully and was well appointed with everything we might need. I wish we could have spent more time at the home as it was comfortable and had a nice-sized gathering area. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional location for hikers!

This home is a gem. Super comfortable and clean. They have every amenity you need. Hiking trails are minutes away. The pool and exercise facilities are a bonus.

Fantastic house with everything we needed

This is a terrific rental house. Everything was new/clean, and the house was very well stocked. Close proximity to South Mountain trails was perfect for us. Community gym/pool are very nice as well. Communication with the owners was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outskirts Relaxation

Our stay was incredible. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully curated. It was the perfect oasis on the outskirts of the city, there was something for everyone! Lexi and Clinton were wonderful hosts, they were prompt in their responses and accommodations. We would definitely return someday!
