You will find your happy place at this elegant mountain getaway, where the peaceful setting in nature will provide the perfect ambiance for your next mountain retreat. We are pet friendly/up to 2 pets. This beautiful dream home on the 25 acres property next to Meyer Ranch Park features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 smart TVs, theater, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fire pit, 4 balconies from 3 bedrooms and large balcony from family room. Back driveway/patio with BBQ Grill, brand new Hot tub and outdoor furniture. Beautiful turf area for games and meditation or just to get relaxed (also that area is designated for wedding ceremonies) with kids playground surrounded by dense forest views and wooded backyard. Fully equipped, Monogram stainless-steel appliances, big island with seating area, fully equipped gourmet chefs' kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 2 laundry rooms (upstairs/downstairs). Family room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms located above 2400 sq.ft. garage and accessible by stairs but also a mother-in-law suite on the lower level for anyone that doesn't like stairs. 12 guests that are included in the stay will have full access to the property and garage/game room. Property is kid friendly with new Pamo Babe Portable Crib with mattress, Baby Gate, Baby Highchair, Digi Baby 7 Piece Complete Feeding Set, Toys and Games. Walking distance to Meyer Ranch where you can hike, mountain bike or ride horses. Our private secluded 25 acres give you plenty of space to explore but close enough to downtown (30 mi), Red Rocks (20 mi), Evergreen Lake (11 mi), Empower Field, Ball Arena, Coors Field, Denver Zoo, Denver Botanic Garden all in 30 mi. range from the house if you want a little action. The famous Colorado ski resorts are only an hour away, Echo Mountain ski slope is only 27 mi away.
Beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets can be visible from this property.

If you are interested in hosting an event at the property, you are encouraged to review the information below booking out home and reach out to the host for more specific details. Please keep in mind when reviewing, cost for events is entirely separate from lodging booking. Our maximum capacity during May-October when food serving tables can be set outside is 120 guests with 8 guests around 72" round tables.
And 150 guests with 10 guests around 72" round tables.
We are not allowing book more then 80-100 people events during cold season November - April. Events during the winter typically result in more inside traffic because there's nothing to do outside and because ceremony happening inside, we need to keep extra space for it and our house perfect for this.
You can book Weddings, Family Gatherings or Special Events for an additional fee. Our 2400 sq.ft. heated garage/playroom can be used for friends and family to gather for any type of celebration, even during winter. There is an additional $50 per person fee that will apply for all events, as well as an additional cleaning fee. Chairs, tables are available onsite for use during events (fee will apply depending on the quantity) and there are 2 additional event bathrooms in the garage/event for convenience of your guests. Please contact your host for a complete quote. Please note if you planning to have more than one day event such as rehearsal dinner or someone's birthday during booking our house for your weeding additional discounted fee will apply for additional event days, ask your Houst for a quote.
*Guest will be required to purchase event insurance for coverage on the day of event. We will be providing a contact to obtain the event insurance (it's very reasonable $100-$250).
*We do not have commercial cooking facilities onsite, and we strongly discourage using the main kitchen area or our outdoor kitchen for large meal prep. We are fine with catering services and/or a food truck on location to provide food for your quests. For more intimate gatherings (less than 30) there might be an exception allowed on use of house kitchen for event food preparation and outdoor kitchen (please discuss with host for approval).
We will allow one day rental for weddings and special events only on weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only), early check in and late check out will be offered with that package (subject to availability) Please contact host with the quantity of people for a custom event quote.
