The Guest Apartment is a two-story 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath that accommodates up to 4 people. The ground floor includes a full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom is located upstairs and has a King bed, large full bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony.

Standard amenities include wireless Internet, fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, and flat screen TV in both living and bedroom.

This was a perfect property for being in the thick of it for Sandfest. The only issue was the bed comfort, it was only slightly softer than the floor.

Absolute Gem

I booked James’ place for my son and I to stay. We had family staying at a nearby rental and this place was perfect. It is close to the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Port A!

This was our first time visiting the area and we had the perfect location! We were walking distance to the beach and most local businesses. I actually thought the photos didn’t do the place justice. It was such a cute beach stay with everything we needed. Our pup joined it and loved having a yard!

Great location. Really clean. Close to everything

The only thing was . The first night there was some kids staying next door and were very loud ! Till we had to tell them to keep quiet please. . And the traffic from the street loud at times.

Immaculate place in a great location!

This was perfect for my wife and I and our little dog! The unit was super clean and in good order. The king size bed was super comfortable and the master bath was huge and there is a massive walk in closet to put all your luggage. There is no pool but we wouldn’t have gone anyway since the beach is so close. There is a short 5 minute walk to the beach with access just down the street. There are convenience stores within walking distance too. There are a couple of restaurants super close by with great food and atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Trip

My family of 4 stayed here for our annual summer trip. There was plenty of space for us. We could’ve even brought a blow up mattress for our kids and still have space. The location of the apt was great. It was nice to walk to get some casual food and drinks at the spot next door. The beach was just around the corner. We all even relaxed/napped on the balcony in the shade and awesome breeze. The owner was quick to response to any questions I had before and during the trip. We would love to stay there again if we get the chance!

Beautiful Beach Apartment

My wife, Dogs, and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach apartment. Mr.Jim is an absolutely fantastic host and extremely responsive over the app, very flexible and amenable to dogs. The location is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Port A! It’s very close to most eateries and is only a few block away from the beach! Shoot, there is a bier house literally across the parking lot which has great live music and food. The apartment was well furnished and very welcoming including a second story covered deck to sit out on and enjoy some coffee on! 10 out of 10 would recommend this beautiful getaway!
