Beautiful two bedroom, 1 bath apt, 950 sqft, located in the North Main St community. This is half of a renovated duplex, 1940s era. The main floors are refinished hardwoods with plenty of character. The unit has been painted inside and out. Appliances include oven range, dishwasher, microwave, stacked washer/dryer, and fridge. Fenced and gated large backyard. A park is located around the corner. Closely located to Cherrydale shopping center and downtown Greenville. Pets are not permitted.

Cozy and homey apartment aiming to please guests. Very safe and peaceful neighborhood offering walking loops and a park. Very close to downtown Greenville. New to and looking to continue improving.
