Somerville, Ma. Beautifully renovated lower-level unit just minutes from Encore, Assembly row, and Cambridge. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit has been completely remodeled with a modern flair. There is a kitchenette with Microwave, Airfryer and toaster oven along with a full size fridge. (No range stove) Somerville was recently voted one of the friendliest cities in the Northeast. It has an eclectic blend of restaurants and activities for everyone from shopping, to nightlife, and family-friendly. This unit offers a private entryway, a small patio area, and off-street, 1 car off-street parking.

Great Place, Great Location

Had a great time during our stay. The location was phenomenal. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and bars! Very clean and very well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Very clean and comfortable for 5 adults. We walked all over Boston from the VRBO, and the parking space was very convenient. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean. We had everything we needed, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and coffee. The location was very convenient for us. The en suite shower was the nicest feature. Everything was clean and modern, the only drawback was things were falling apart a bit, the cabinet doors, the kitchen faucet and there were aspects that just seemed unfinished. All in all, we have no complaints and we would stay there again.

The property was very clean and the location was very convenient. We found it very easy to walk to Charlestown and Boston from the apartment. A grocery store is literally a block away and a Dunkin Donuts is right around the corner. We discovered several of the area restaurants and were impressed with the quality of food and price. As mentioned in another review, the kitchen faucet is still in need of repair but worked fine. Our only suggestions would be to add a larger coffee maker, consider an electric tea pot and room darkening curtains. Everything functioned well and we liked the on-demand hot water heater. You could not here local traffic as it was very quiet. The manager was quick to respond to our messages and made our stay comfortable.

Great apartment

This was a really nice place and convenient location. Only thing I would add is TVs in bedrooms and keep in mind there is no stove if you are trying to cook anything. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Close to Boston

We enjoyed our vacation in Boston at this rental. It is close to downtown. The rental was just as described. Plenty of towels, linens and comfortable beds. It was warm in Boston, so the air conditioning was nice to have, and the rental comes with parking for your car which is also a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
