The town hall, the university, the banks are less than 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is very bright (facing SOUTH) and exceptionally well insulated (sound and thermal insulation).
You can reach the Paris Gare de Lyon station in 40 minutes maximum by taking the RER D (train).
By car, the Eiffel Tower is located 35/40 minutes away
