HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

PARKING
• For Townhomes, a maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in designated townhome parking areas;
• For Single-Family homes, parking is available in the garage and driveway. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars, and the garage can hold an additional 2 cars, unless it has been converted into a game room.
• Do not obstruct sidewalks.
• Side Street Parking: Vehicles may park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs;
• No Parking on landscaping: Parking on grass and irrigation areas is strictly prohibited;
• Parking in front of the basketball court is allowed (Not inside of the clubhouse area);
• Vehicles found in violation will be towed.
• Security will provide a parking pass.
CLUBHOUSE
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Anyone over 18 and whose names are in dwellinglive can retrieve the proxy cards from the front desk upon arrival. Will be needing a credit or debit card. Proxy cards can be used to access the community as well as the amenities.
• Proxy cards can be returned at the clubhouse during operation hours or after hours at the guard
house located on the left-hand side. Failure to return a proxy card will result in a $50-plus tax fee on the card that was left for that property. Windsor Island Resort guests have access to the Phase 3 Pool at Windsor at Westside, located at 2397 Luxor Dr. Kissimmee, Fl 34747. Go to the gate and tell the virtual guard that they are from Windsor Island Resort.

• No liquids are allowed;
• There are no dumpsters in the community. For bulk pick-up, please call the Front Desk.
• Boxes need to be folded flat.
DELIVERY
• All items must be delivered to the house, the clubhouse is not responsible for any deliveries;
• Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to make deliveries;
• The Post Office/Regular Mail is not permitted to make deliveries within the community.
• Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery.
