SEPARATE BEDROOMS, SHARED COMFORTS

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and two bathrooms serve up to four guests. Relax in the living area with the smart TV or enjoy fresh air on the private balcony.



EVERYDAY ROUTINES

Cook in the full kitchen, work at the dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, and use the laundry facilities during a longer stay. Free parking is available within the gated community.



GREENVILLE BY CAR

Drive to downtown restaurants, Falls Park on the Reedy, area hospitals, or outings along the Swamp Rabbit Trail.



ACCESS AND NOISE

Access involves stairs. Road, train, or neighboring noise may be audible; consider this if stairs or sound sensitivity affect your stay.

Cozy stay, dog friendly and very close to downtown Greenville

Sparkling clean, nicely decorated. Private interior stairs to a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Easy access to green space for the pups just out the door. Perfect stay for a weekend trip to Greenville!

Wonderful place

Place was clean, decorated beautifully and heat response from management. It was a short trip to downtown as well. Nice that it was gated community. Added leek we were able to being out dog. Highly recommend especially based on appearance, location and price.

Overall Good Stay

Overall the apartment was great, very clean and roomy. Everything you need was provided and I was please with the accuracy of the listing. My only concern if you are traveling with family, there were some late night parties within the complex and in the general area that occurred throughout the weekend.

Perfect Condo

We came to Greenville for The SAC golf championship to watch our son play. The condo was perfectly suited for my husband and dog. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials. Christopher was a pleasure to rent from! Highly Recommend

Greenville Southern Comfort

This property was more than expected. Clean, spacious, very comfortable with everything we needed and more for our stay. Easily accessible GATED community just South of downtown Greenville. Cannot say enough about the communication with the owners as they continued to ask us "what else can we do for you?"Wow, we will definitely use again!

Bedrooms are exposed to very loud road noise starting at 5am. Imposible to sleep after that time even with the loud air purifier they put in the master to clearly try to mask the street noise. Had to sleep on the couch after the second night. WiFi is awful, not suitable for remote workers, tv in the master does not connect to WiFi so unable to use it at all.
