Just In Case Inn is an amazing remodeled bungalow complete with all your needs. Brand new full size washer/dryer/stove and fridge. Starter kitchen, blackout curtains, and even blue tooth bathroom speakers all the while located on a quiet dead end low traffic street with plenty of parking.

Woodruff Road (7mi) is complete with all your shopping and dining needs. You're just 5.5 miles from Falls Park in Downtown Greenville, or if you're more the outdoor type there is Swamp Rabbit Trail 3 miles away. Whatever your desire you have found the perfect place with Just In Case Inn!

Pets welcome for an additional fee (up to 2 pets) Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly cleaning available upon request for an additional fee.

What a cute place!

My friend and I booked this location while visiting our friend who is about to graduate from medical school. I'd never been to Greenville before, and this place was very convenient to everything, super cute, very clean, and lovely in every way. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice

We were very pleased with the house. Location was quiet and distance to downtown Greenville was great. It only took us a few minutes to get to the downtown area. The house overall was what we needed. There were four of us and a dog. All had enough space to relax after a long day of walking in Greenville Justin was easy to get ahold of and questions were answered quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

Exactly what we needed while we were in town for my nieces wedding. Conveniently located to Downtown Greenville and easy access to I-85. Would definitely book again.

Everything expected!

The home was everything you'd imagine from the photos and more. We were in town to celebrate our family's upcoming addition and this home was perfect to house all of us. Hosts were friendly from the beginning reservation questions. Great experience!

The house was very clean and cute. Justin was quick to respond…We were there for a week, 4 of us. There were only 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, only salt and pepper, three rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towels. No sharp knives, tongs, ladle and only a couple of mixing bowls and no kind of storage containers but well equipped with appliances. The house is at the end of a kinda dark dead end street… and a little sketchy… Close to downtown Greenville and the airport. Great water pressure and hot water. Heat and air was great also.

Love the Home

The inside of the home is great. We travel with our dogs and I need a place to walk them. The neighborhood was interesting. Everyone stayed to themselves. Thank you for giving us a place to stay in Greenville.

Beautiful property for a great value

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful home, with everything we needed. The location was not what we expected as it really isn't in a neighborhood. But it worked out perfectly for us to visit our son who moved down to the area. We truly appreciated being able to bring our dog as well!

Wonderful experience

My elderly parents and I had to find a place to stay while we had some work done on our home in Spartanburg County. This house was perfect for a two week stay. Immaculately clean, well appointed, quiet, and roomy, including a new appliances and a desk that was perfect for my WFH set up. Both of the homeowners were incredibly responsive and kind.

SEC championship birthday weekend

The checkin process was seamless. The house is cute and clean. This property is located close to everything you may want to do close to downtown 10 to 15 mins or less. It is bit remote so if you are looking for privacy this is definitely worth your while. It is on a dead end road and no one bothered us during our stay. Beautiful smaller bedroom home with a lot of charm!!

privacy in an industrial area

The location was excellent as we were around two miles from Shriner's Hospital. The house was immaculately clean, an excellent place to stay if you have allergies, quiet neighborhood and a yard with space, trees, along with peacefulness. The house itself is a good place with three bedrooms and two full baths, great storage, starter items, and bedding of excellent quality. Will be returning this fall as our daughter receives medical care there and the location is excellent.

Excellent Host! Wonderful little house!

We had a wonderful stay, Justin and Sandra were delightful hosts and very accommodating to us when we experienced a minor hiccup on our first night. 1000% would stay again! The neighborhood the house is in may appear industrial when you're driving to it but the house is situated in a nice little secluded area and it was very quiet. It's an older house that appears to have been very recently remodeled and modernized. House was very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of extra linens and pillows. My only gripe would be the A/C, my wife likes a cold house and the A/C struggled to cool the house down during the daytime. But overall we were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again next time we visit Greenville.

An absolutely beautiful home! A gem!!!

We live 3.5 miles from this beautiful home and needed about 7 (turned into 10 days) to stay somewhere due to our hardwoods being resurfaced. This home is beautiful. Modern, pristine, easy to get anywhere. Such nice details, each closet had great lighting and a luggage stand. Washer and dryer looked brand new. Kitchen had everything stocked. The showers have tile-work worthy of a photo. Lovely bedroom suits in each bedroom. Loved motion lighting on side porch. Very quiet in the evenings. Dead-end street, and we rarely saw anyone do turn-arounds. We would stay here again, no question. We will also share with others our wonderful experience. Very nice host, worked with us quickly when we had to extend our stay. Loved the internet speed. Our stay was total comfort.

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, clean and efficient inside. Our only concern was the drive to the unit. The neighboring properties did not appear inviting. Luckily we didn’t have kids.
