Pelican Cottage is located .2 miles from Bayview Park and Marina. Take a stroll in the morning or afternoon, and enjoy your favorite beverage overlooking beautiful Naples Bay. Bayview Park has picnic tables, benches and a children's playground for you to enjoy. Boaters, bring your boat, and enjoy launching at the boat ramps, less than a minute from the house. Back at the Cottage, relax in the large Florida Room, featuring new 75" smart tv. Queen bedroom has a new 55" inch smart tv. Second bedroom is used as a dressing room/office, but a blow up mattress is available. Second bedroom has a new 32 inch smart tv. Note: bedrooms are very small, with no closets. There is a closet in the hallway just outside the bedrooms. In the backyard, enjoy new grill, and a gas fire pit, for those rare chilly nights in Southwest Florida. Pelican cottage is located in the Bayshore Arts District, which has plenty to explore and enjoy, all within a few miles from the Cottage.

The property was clean and had everything you could need! The host was also very helpful. Th golf card is a fun touch as well.

short work/vacation

Octavio is an awesome host, and quickly replied to all my queries. The cottage was clean and super cute. They have thought of everything that you need including beach chairs and a small cooler. I did have to work remotely while I was there and was thrilled with the internet speed, it averaged 70mbps! Great place I will stay again on my next trip to Naples.

Cute Naples Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very small, which was just perfect for the two of us. The owner was super responsive and very easy to work with for any questions that we had. The back patio is a great place to hang out in the evenings with the gas fire pit and market lights. The location is great as well- with the golf cart that is provided, it was easy to get to the East Naples Community Park for pickleball, as well as multiple restaurants, Rebecca's wine room, and Ankrolab microbrewery. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family who likes to be on and in the water

With the delightful sunny, warm weather we experienced, this home away from home was a great place to rest and relax between excursions on the water. Hamilton Harbor and Bayview Park in close proximity to this cozy cottage gave us so many options to explore. We especially liked the change of pace a walk through the Naples Botanical Gardens offered. There was so much to enjoy from beaches, to fishing, while tasting Tin City fare and exploring on our own around town. So impressed with the orchids and palms that greeted us each morning.

clean, comfy Cozy House

Well maintained, decorated, supplied, comfortable small house perfect for 2-4 people in 2 bedrooms. outside sitting area comfy for morning coffee, ac roomy porch, small kitchen well supplied for our cooking. We walked to the bayside park a block away for sunset. Owner attentive , rapid response to emails or calls. He inspected the house just prior to our visit to be sure all was perfect for our 4 night holiday enjoyment . Would love to return someday since I love the Botanical Garden nearby.

Perfect place for a getaway

Great quiet location. Surgically clean. Everything is new. This home is close to the water without paying 2x. Beds are comfy. The outdoor area is great to relax or party. The owner was very fast to respond to any questions. The golf cart is a nice bonus. Brand new and top of the line. If you are bringing a boat, this place is perfect. On weekends, the launch parking is packed and overflow is really far away. Stay at this house, launch, and not deal with any of that hassle. I was overall very impressed with everything and would gladly stay here again.
