Quiet condo near Mesa Community College & Hospital
Nice quiet complex close to everything including Mesa Community College and Banner Health Hospital. This gated community has 4 pools, a jacuzzi tub and two tennis courts. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath rental includes the entire condo unit as it's not shared with anyone else. This ground floor unit has been fully renovated and includes a full size washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances and new AC unit. I live here part of the year, but Alaska is my home. This unit is very comfortable and has good quality kitchen pots and pans for those who like to cook.
Before I can preapprove anyone, I need some basic information completed (name, home address, cell phone number, email, drivers license copy) and info sent to my email. This condo is part of a HOA and it requires a background and reference check. Minimum stay is 30 days, but I will rent up to 6 months.

Hi, I am Jeff Hoover and I was born and raised around Alaska. I currently live in Juneau AK. I attended Arizona State University during the 1980s and loved Arizona. I am married and my wife and I own a few properties in Alaska, Washington and AZ. I was able to retire before age 60 and I love to travel. I really enjoy spending winters in AZ and I have family and friends all around the Phoenix area. I like renting out my condo so others can enjoy the area as much as I do. I am very fair and honest and I will respond quickly to emails and texts. I will do what I can so you can enjoy your stay.

To be honest, I choose Mesa because I had a good friend living nearby, the city was affordable for a second home and the area is close to everything. I have family and friends living in the north, south, west and east sides of the valley and I'm relatively close to everyone and everything including the airport, mountains and lakes.
この宿泊施設の特徴
My condo has been renovated and its comfortable. This particular condo association is very quiet but its next to the 60 interstate so I can get anywhere quickly.
