Spacious,Well-stocked,Lovely Casita

The hosts, Pam and Randy, were very nice and everything we needed was already provided. The casita is decorated beautifully and the large back yard is very attractive and relaxing. We especially were delighted with the large, fully stocked kitchen, drinking water filtration system, and the black out curtains.

Great Experience

This property was very comfortable with a beautiful courtyard complete with fruit trees. The only minor complaint was the bathroom layout. I would stay here again.

Spring Training Fun in AZ

Everything about our stay at this property was terrific. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and very convenient to Sloan Park, restaurants, and the airport. Great antique shops in the area as well. We will definitely return. Pam and Randy are wonderful hosts!

Amazing Arizona Retreat

What a wonderful, unique property for our weeklong stay in Phoenix! We enjoyed the relaxing backyard retreat despite the cooler than normal temperatures. We had all the fresh oranges and grapefruit we could eat (yum!). The hosts were amazing and made sure everything we needed was available. Lots of little extras not always seen with rentals. It was an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all of our planned destinations. We would most definitely stay here again!!

We were greeted by Pam, very professional and happy. We had a tour of the rental; questions were answered along the way. We were left alone but had access to the owners if needed. Very clean, all furniture was top quality and extremely comfortable!! Beautiful landscaping with a continuous water fountain and hot tub to take away any stress. Excellent location to baseball stadium (walking distance 35 minutes), restaurants and shopping centers! It was hard to leave!!

Indeed a Retreat!

1. This is a GREAT location. Minutes away from Sloan ballpark. Very nice neighborhood for easy walks. Easy access to the major roads and just minutes away from the Phoenix airport. 2. Communication with the hosts was BEYOND my expectations. 3. Check in directions were explicit and easy. 4. THE PROPERTY IS A PARADISE. Fresh fruit in the morning from the trees. Relaxing spa/ pool. Adorable patio and comfortable furniture. 5. All the comforts of home and more! The home was not missing a single thing. THANK YOU Pam and Randy! We'll be back.

Perfect place to relax and call "home" for the week.

Delightful, colorful and comfortable. We loved staying here while we explored the city and enjoyed day trips to other Arizona regions. Great place to come "home" to in the afternoons and evenings. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access. Appealing and roomy inside and the patio and landscape features amazing. We met the owners who were not only hospitable, but became instant friends. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two months in 2022. Randy and Pam (Hosts) were so accommodating to any of our needs or requests. The rental space is very well maintained and clean. My wife and I decided the bed is more comfortable than ours at home! Beautiful wood and tile floors throughout. All of the furniture in the rental was comfortable and in good condition. This rental is a stand alone building that shares a common security gate and the beautiful back yard. We spent a great deal of time sitting on the porch (separate patio space and furniture) enjoying the warm weather, birds and the fountain. The yard is fully fenced with keyed gate access to the property. We felt very secure and comfortable with the shared space. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a canal behind the property. We found this to be a great place for taking a daily walk. This was our first trip to Phoenix in many years and I brought my motorcycle with. About the second week we were there Randy offered to lead a motorcycle trip down to the Casa Grande ruins (25 miles south). Both my wife and I had a wonderful time on the trip down and back with Randy. I should also mention that Randy and Pam were very accommodating with a place to park my bike and store my folding trailer. In fact, they moved their bikes and gave me an easily accessible parking spot. Both my wife and would stay here again for the central location, beautiful spacious rental and especially the wonderful back yard space. With Randy and Pam as hosts you can't go wrong, they even went as far as giving us a Valentine gift and a birthday treat for me (ask Pam about the brownies). Mike & Betty

Private Sanctuary.

Excellent place to stay. Host was wonderful & went out of her way to accommodate our every need. Location was very easy to access from the freeway. Beautiful well kept garden sanctuary with beautifully maintained flowers, trees & plants.

A little piece of paradise!

This was the best little get away! It was so quite and peaceful and the yard was a little piece of paradise! Just minutes away from shopping in Scottsdale to amazing hiking in mountains. Tracy was amazing and easy to work with, she went above and beyond making sure we had everything and that our stay was perfect!

Beautiful tranquil property

I’m an architect and was so impressed with this property. The decor and comfort are incredible, the location is ideal for commuting to anywhere in the valley. The courtyard is phenomenal with a large shade tree, fountain and comfortable seating for morning coffee through dinner. We’ll definitely stay again.

Oasis in Mesa

Truly enjoyed our four night stay. The fully equipped separate unit was conveniently located to all the activities we did in and around Phoenix. The neighborhood was safe for our evening walks. The courtyard was beautiful with fountains and citrus trees. We were able to enjoy fresh picked ripe grapefruit and oranges during our Christmas stay. Used the hot tub as well to relax. Inside the unit was well appointed with southwest colors and decor. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. Tracy, the owner, was close by for anything that we needed. Would for sure stay again when we make it back to the Phoenix area.

Great Location!

We booked this rental because of its location relative to Sloan Park to watch Cubs Baseball. The home was fantastic - great courtyard to relax in as well. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due MLB canceling spring training due to the Coronavirus. We had to leave several days earlier than our reservation. While the owner was willing to give a partial refund for unused days, EVOLVE didn't have any policy to allow such a change. This is most unfortunate given the circumstances. I will happily book this rental again, but if it is available outside of the EVOLVE network, I'll book there instead. I would have expected EVOLVE to offer a partial refund per the owner's request. Not a good way to run a business, especially in these times when you're going to need good customers to support you in the long run.
