Welcome to Sandy Serenity PCB, our exquisite Beach House designed for an unforgettable getaway. This brand-new, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property sleeps 13 comfortably and is situated next to the Signal Hill 18-hole Golf Course, just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beach.

Tastefully designed, the house combines modern furnishings with an open floor plan, making it ideal for family vacations or entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances, includes an island bar seating 4 and a dining table seating 6.

- Dispose of trash properly; extra charges for littering
- Excessive messes or unreported damage may incur additional fees.

You must be 21 years old in order book this home and the person who is booking must be present for the entire stay. If under 21 send an inquiry and exemptions can be made; with a security deposit and agreeing to the house rules of NO HOUSE PARTY OR SMOKING.
