We are so excited to share our first beach vacation home with you! As business owners for the past 19 years in Wisconsin, owning a vacation home to enjoy with friends and family has always been a dream. After 2020, we were reminded just how precious life is, making this goal even more meaningful.

We personally manage this condo to ensure you have the best vacation experience possible. Everyone deserves time to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories—let Shore Beats Work be your home away from home!

About the Condo
Located on the 10th floor Tower 1 Grand Panama Resort on the beach with incredible Gulf views!
Sleeps 6-8 comfortably:

Primary Suite – King bed, private balcony access, and large en suite with a soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed, attached bathroom, and closet.
Hall Queen Murphy bed with a desk
Living Room – King sleeper sofa
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances & essentials for cooking.
Washer/Dryer in unit
Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys provided.
Cleaning supplies & vacuum available for your convenience.

Resort Facility / Parking fee

Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 fee, which includes parking for one vehicle and wristbands for facility access.
A second vehicle parking pass is available for $35. 10% Facility fee and Taxes apply.
Keyless Check-In
For your convenience, check-in is completely contactless! A secure code will be emailed to you before arrival.

A Friendly Reminder
We kindly ask that you treat our condo as if it were your own home. Renting a condo differs from a hotel stay—please be mindful of the space and furniture. To avoid additional cleaning fees, we appreciate guests:
Running the dishwasher before checkout
Taking out the trash
Sweeping up excessive sand
