気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I would not recommend this property. My family and I felt unsafe as soon as we pulled up. The house smelled bad on the inside and is not as the pictures stated. The one bathroom with a shower had an unsafe drop down tub and an outhouse type bathroom outside. There was trash left on the futon in the living room and I immediately asked for a refund and the host stated that he would give me that. I have pictures stating that. Then when I spoke to a customer service representative she stated that I could get a 50% refund to which I said that is not what the host said. Once my credit card was charged the next day I asked the host again about the refund and he stated that he did not say that and I have it in the picture. I will never use VRBO again because of this host. Go down the road just a few miles and there are very nice hotels when many amenities and it’s the same exact price.
