Welcome to the La Dav Villa, a luxurious Villa nestled in the heart of West Palm Beach. As your host Stephanie, I'm excited to share my home with you that offers direct access to Florida's beautiful beaches, exciting nightlife and many more amenities. Discover why our guests love the serene and tropical ambiance of our property. Every part of this home is brand new. Our property is perfect for families or groups, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and quality time. Just a short drive to the heart of Palm Beach and fine dining options. Our villa is centrally located in West Palm Beach. Explore local attractions and their proximity, perfect for beachgoers and golf enthusiasts. Centrally located to Singer Island beach, The Rapids Waterpark, The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, City Place and downtown West Palm Beach.

House Rules:
Please respect the property and neighbors.
No parking on grass. Four cars can fit in driveway and any additional cars, can be parked on street, but not overnight. There is an irrigation system, that if damaged, could be very costly and you will be responsible for repairs.
If requesting an early check-in or late checkout, if possible, we will discuss a fee amongst ourselves depending on how many hours you will be extending.

Stephanie was great. The house was great, very clean, good location. It’s very close to St Mary’s, which was perfect for us. We had a great stay!We did have one minor issue with the toilet leaking but she was very responsive and got a plumber in right away to fix the issue.

Golf Trip

House is newly remodeled and in great shape. Perfect location for West Palm area golf. Host communication was fantastic. This is our 4th VRBO in the area and we already plan to book it again for the 2026 trip!!

What a beautiful home! Recently completely remodeled - custom work throughout the home. Host was fantastic - great communication - highly accommodating! In a great/safe neighborhood - plenty of parking - area well let. I highly recommend this home - will definitely book this home again!

Great place and all new!

We really enjoyed our stay. Big house, lots of room, well stocked kitchen, all the towels you could ever use, easy to get in the front door, outside lighting, nice landscaping. Really, I don't know what else a host could do... Excellent rating.

Even Better Than The Pictures

This house has a great layout for a family. My husband and I took the master bedroom/bathroom which was so spacious and comfortable. Our son, daughter-in-law and toddler granddaughter took the other bedrooms and bathroom. The layout provided great privacy. All of the bedrooms have amazing closet organizers and very nice furniture and bedding. The bathrooms are very tastefully renovated and sparkling clean. Easy to use laundry facilities made it possible for us to head to Disney with no dirty laundry. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and it’s very pretty and very clean. All of the family friendly activities and touches in the house were a huge hit. Our 3 year granddaughter immediately felt comfortable and settled and started calling it “our Florida house”. We picked this location to be near my 98 year old mother-in-law’s retirement community and close to other family. We hosted dinner one night in the house and it was great. The floorplan/living area is really spacious, better than the pictures show. This house is quiet, with beautiful high quality doors and windows. The biggest hit of all was the amazing screened porch and fire pit area. The porch is on the shady side of the house in the afternoon making it a great place to lounge. There’s games out there too. The neighborhood is lovely, it has sidewalks and the neighbors are all very friendly. There is also a lakefront park with a good playground and walking trails very close by. I highly recommend!
