Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a pull out sofa, fireplace, a stocked kitchen and more "The Cozy Camper" is your home away from home.

Located in Downtown Martinez within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment like mini golf. The Cozy Camper is a no frills type of place but has everything you need. From a private bedroom, to shaded outdoor area, fully stocked kitchen and more, guests will feel right at home. Centrally positioned between SFO and Oakland Airport and just 20 minutes to Napa or San Francisco this little gem can serve as the perfect pitstop for your trip. Need something longer that the weekend? You can comfortably settle in for an extended stay knowing that Walnut Creek is just a 5 minute drive and has tons of stores like like Whole Foods or Target and everything in between. Tough neighborhood, limited information.

Downtown Martinez is fun at night, but the location of this RV is awful. A lot of shady folks out and about, the lot is shared with a run down auto shop. Also, I was not familiar with TV camping. Is the water drinkable (still not sure), use of shower required preheating for 20-30 minutes, turning on the pump, how to use the heating /air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, etc. The landlord really should have a manual for the visit, would have made the visit much better.The key pad door lock is super finicky, resulting in me being was locked out for over an hour.
Off street parking, just need to open the gate.

The pictures on sight come nowhere near what the property is. It’s a closed gas station property with cars, storage container trucks and an old occupied motor home that sits 6-7 ft from the rental with lights connected between the two. The bed was lumpy on both sides and higher up on one side than the other. Very sterile uninviting atmosphere; generic; absolutely no personality. Very noisy; all night motorcycles and band playing right behind. The address and contact were not listed on the e pediatric and it was quite difficult to find property over to get the code to door. I had to have a police lady go on my phone for over 20 minutes. Horrible unsafe experience. Homeless walking all around as well.

Great spot

We just left from a 4 night stay and this was the perfect spot for our little family. It’s located right in downtown on a nice property that was formerly a business. The property is fairly spacious and the owners have done a good job to set up a nice outdoor area. We were able to walk a block over into a lively downtown area for great food, live music, drinks, and even a trivia night (all kid friendly). The trailer itself is cute and fairly spacious for its small size. It was stocked with a few amenities already; like coffee, a few bottles of water, seasonings, and even a few toiletries. The only thing it could have used more of is toilet paper, there were 2 small rolls for our family of 3 so we ended up buying more. The trailer was clean and well cared for. I was a little unsure about the bed at first; it felt a bit firm or like it would be uncomfortable, but I ended up sleeping so comfortably that I don’t think I even rolled over. The linens and towels were clean and fresh as well. The owner was prompt and helpful anytime we had a question as well, which is always a plus. We will definitely look up this location again the next time we are in town. Thanks for a great stay!

Only one 4/5 because the picture of the grounds on the ad looked a tad bit different than what was there. Not really concerned at what it actually looked like upon arrival , just not sure about others opinions but maybe I'm overthinking. I would however definitely stay here again especially due to the price and location. I don't have much experience with RV living so it was a fun adventure and the owner was sooooo hospitable and helpful! Easy Peezy!
