Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa.

We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

This is a small studio with a private entrance that is attached to the back of our house. It has a kitchenette with all the basics to cook a meal, a place to eat, a queen bed, couch, large closet, and attached bathroom. We are excited to provide a space to you to stay and enjoy what the Bay Area has to offer!

You will have access to the private studio as shown in the photos, the shared laundry room which you can access from outside right next to your entrance, and the backyard. The backyard has a grill, outdoor table, and fire pit and chairs that you can use as well.

This space is connected to our home where our family lives. We have tried our best to soundproof the room, however, you are still able to hear us and we can hear you. During the day there may be noise, so if you prefer a quiet place, this may not be for you. We do include ear plugs and a sound machine if you would like to drown out any noise during the day and at night.

Wonderful studio.

Charming town, conveniently located

Located in a charming and friendly town. Conveniently located between wine country and the Bay Area. The host was responsive and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick weekend trip!

Great time, space was clean and we were able to make some quick ramen with the kitchenette! Recommend checking out OneHouseBakery, 5minutes away. Definitely a highlight for my wife and I. No surprises and great accommodations. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for an affordable stay in the Benicia area.

Dreamy stay in private room

Cant say enough about this little place! Kelsey has done a great job at making the room feel cozy and private. I was able to keep the windows open during my entire stay (I’m a hot sleeper) and was always comfortable. The white curtains blowing in the breeze really makes you feel like you’re on vacation or at a spa or something! The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful white linens. Everything was really clean and they provided cooking utensils, coffee and towels - the laundry room was also available which I really appreciated. Such a sweet little family and perfect stay for my work trip. Already booked for next month! 10/10 would recommend.

Benicia property

Very rundown neighborhood yet close to freeway and downtown. Backyard was not useable because of dirt, weeds, cobwebs. Comfortable bed and kitchenette well supplied. We bought our own white wash rags because what was there was not acceptable. Dirty bathroom curtain. I thought for the price we could have done better. We will look elsewhere next trip.

Cute room, 2 night stay! Not a studio

My partner and I stayed two nights in this adorable room! Very cozy bed and pillows, fluffy towels and wonderful accommodations in both kitchen and bathroom areas. Entrance to the room is through a gate on the side of the home, just tricky to spot that it is the correct entrance to the room you’ll be staying, so be aware of that. Loved the location and space truly, be aware when booking that it is an attached room to the main house. with it’s own entrance, but it is not a separate studio by any means. Also there’s a lot of noise in the early A. M. around 7 am or so, while the sound machine & ear plugs are a nice gesture, the thudding can be heard / felt even when using both ear plugs and sound machine. Otherwise, would stay again cause very cozy and clean! Good communication with host as well, very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of Bay Area places of interest, such as San Francisco and Napa. Very much appreciated the quick reply and communication with the host. Very easy and responsive to messages. Laundry, grill, outdoor space also available. Parking can be somewhat limited so worst case scenario would be a nice walk if needed. Host was very accommodating for an early check in as well given my early flight. My only suggestion would be to make the entry gate on the side of the house more distinct and recognizable with something like a sign, bird bath, etc to show their guests that they are definitely in the right place. Yes, there is a clear address but it can be somewhat disconcerting to enter a houses side yard and not know 100% if it’s the right house. Otherwise a great place to stay. I would stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

Great Spot

Very cozy tight quarters. A Shared wall with a family that had young children. It didn't matter, it wasn't inconveniently loud. Clean and comfortable. The bed is so dang comfy my toddler slept with us. There isn't a thermostat(or we didn't find it) great light for the day, and perfect shade for the evenings. For those traveling with kids the yard has you covered to appease any toddler. it's a shared space so be ready to meet the most adorable and sweet kids. They were so kind and gentle to my little guy who has no siblings. Mama is where these boys learn manners. She felt like a friend I was catching up with. She was so kind and personable. If you need a spot this is your place!

A lovely place to get away from the noise

It was a beautiful spot to stay in in a nice neighbourhood. I fell in love with downtown Benicia as well. Kelsey was a great hostess. Everything was clean and beautiful. Would stay again.
