Welcome to the Oasis. Located perfectly between Houston and Richmond. Our private pool oasis provides guest with a serene escape and will be sure to satisfy all your needs. Whether it's a family vacation, or quiet getaway with friends, this 4 bedroom house is here to accommodate you.

Family Christmas

Worked out great for us . Daughter lives in Pecan Grove . We had family in for Family Christmas! Just needed extra rooms . Family is growing!! 3 Children with spouses and 7 grandkids!!

Clean, Comfortable, Reserve It!

I’m happy and glad I stayed here. From the private backyard to the clean home and comfy bed - it was perfect for my stay. The host communicated superbly and I will book this again on my next visit.

Overall great stay!!

It was a great time. The house everything it sayed it was. House was clean pool was clean. There was a pair of underwear and a eye lash that was left by pool area. That be the only thing i say but overall a great place and location and would definitely book again.

Wedding time

This rental is well taken care of from the outside in. People can be very rough on rentals so it can be difficult to keep it up. The kitchen is very well equipped with what you need for cooking, eating and drinking. Even though the pool was very cold due to cold evenings we did jump in a couple times. The pool guy came at least once to clean which was nice. The TV's in every room was great and nice size in the family room and main bedroom. We used the charcoal grill a couple times. The gas grill was not working at the time but the owners let us know ahead of time. They communicated very well and reminded us when to put the garbage out and what to do before we left the rental. Other family members rented a different house and it was in bad shape. We feel very fortunate that we didn't have that experience! Thank you for the great stay!

Family trip

Upon arrival, all the garbage cans in the backyard were full and trash was spread out in the yard from what appeared to be an animal that had gotten to it. I messaged about this and did receive a response within a timely manner. I was told someone would come that night to pick up the garbage in the yard and empty the cans. Someone came and took one entire garbage can, left the other can but did not empty the garbage out of it, and did not pick up the trash in the yard. I contacted the manager again to update him that one garbage can was taken, one left untouched with garbage still in it and no one picked up the trash in the yard. Someone came the next day and emptied the one remaining can on the curb. No one ever came to pick up the trash in the yard. I finally ended up picking that up myself as the smell and bugs it was attracting was terrible. So disposing of garbage was an issue our entire stay as there was no where for us to put it. I’m not sure how that was missed by cleaners and not addressed prior to our check in. The pool toys were spread all over the yard. There had been storms however it appeared the pool area had not been picked up or cleaned. The pictures online do not represent the current furniture or settings of the home.

Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we have in every bedroom! So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is its own little sanctuary.
Need more space? No problem! The fully fenced yard has a patio where you can relax and take in the beautiful view while sipping your morning coffee.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right?
Walk straight from the kitchen out to the beautiful private pool and patio, complete with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating for 10+ people! No need to leave the house for fun, as this home includes an arcade game machine, board games, books and smart televisions in every room.
Be on the lookout for fun surprises throughout the home, like a secret arcade room, or a cozy book nook to curl up in.
Enjoy an open living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 65" Smart TV. The sofa combines with the ottoman for additional sleeping or luxurious movie nights!
Fully equipped modern kitchen with assortment of basis appliances, utensils, dishware, pots and pans and additional appliances like a rice cooker, pasta maker, ice cream maker, blender and more.
Each bedroom has its own smart TV, blackout curtains.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, with an ensuite bathtub and shower
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed
The third bedroom has a twin-sized bunk and twin-sized day bed (sleeps 3)
The fourth bedroom has a full-sized bed with an additional twin trundle underneath.
The bath for these bedrooms has a tub and shower.
The house offers generous shaded sitting areas outside for comfort even at the height of summer. Fire up the gas grill and cook some delicious meals.
