Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found communication easy, appreciated the spaciousness of the home, and were comfortable with the air conditioning. I'm sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I take guest feedback seriously and always strive to provide a positive experience. I would like to provide some additional context for future guests. In more than 25 stays at this property, we have never received a complaint regarding the mattresses or bed frames, nor have we had any reported issues with ants. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay, and no evidence of ants was found before or after this reservation. Regarding the washer, it has been operating reliably since it was installed approximately eight months ago, and our cleaning team used it without issue immediately following your departure. We also regularly review and replenish kitchen items, and any missing or damaged items are replaced as they are brought to our attention. While we always do our best to address reasonable concerns during a guest's stay, some requests, such as purchasing an additional mattress during an active reservation, require evaluation and cannot be completed immediately. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we're grateful that the vast majority of our guests have had enjoyable stays in our home.
