Cascade Condo #356

This condo has everything you need. The upstairs loft has a new king size bed and an attached half bath. There is lots of armoire and closet space for your luggage so you can feel right at home.

There is a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook a great meal while you watch the snow fall and enjoy a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room allowing everyone to stay connected when relaxing downstairs. The dinette seats four while the living room has a pull-out couch which provides additional sleeping. The couch is comfy and spacious so you can enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV or a good book. There is satellite service in the condo with many TV options so you can stay up on your favorite shows or current events.

The downstairs bathroom has everything you need and a lot of space for you to get ready for the day. The bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, and an over-sized jetted tub with shower!

This condo at Cascade Village is only 1.6 miles from Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort).

Cascade Village is the ideal location for year-round fun. It's located 26 miles north of Durango, 1.6 miles north of Purgatory Resort, and 20 miles south of Silverton. Cascade Village has so much to offer in all seasons. Whether you are looking to hit the fresh snow in the winter, hike in the spring and summer or enjoy the gorgeous leaves in the fall this condo will accommodate all your needs and allow you to enjoy yourself and take in all the beauty that surrounds you.

Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and bedding. Complex was quiet. Very short walk to pool and fitness center. Also very close to ski resort and hiking trails. Check-in and check out process was easy and host was responsive.

We had a great stay at this property! We used the pool and hot tub also while staying here. Although finding the actual condo was a little confusing only because the signage is so small. We will definitely stay here again if traveling to Durango or Silverton!

Enjoyed our stay

Lovely apartment and area to stay. No complaints.It does get warm especially the bedroom but the swamp heater helps and we never really had any problems. Would stay here again.

Great Ski Getaway

Cozy little place just perfect for our family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 11) for ski weekend getaway. Well stocked kitchen perfect for simple meals. Beds were comfortable and warm.

Good Base of Operations

Accurate listing, no surprises and what you expect. Would reserve again. It was just the 2 of us but definitely space for around 4. First time staying at the Cascade Village and will be going back.

Cozy Place, But A Little Warm ...

Cozy place with a nice deck to use following sundown. Place had everything we needed, clean place. However, at the end of June, it was a little warm at night in the second-floor bedroom! Supplied fans were available, but they are very loud. Place needs maintenance and repairs, i.e., drywall repair, wall paint, etc.
