This Wintergreen unit is located in the Silverton building at Cascade. Beautiful two bedroom- two bath condo is perfect for your visit to the North Durango area. The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV with VCR/DVD, and a bathroom his and her sinks and jetted tub on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD, fiber optic WIFI, sofa sleeper and deck with spectacular mountain views. The guest bedroom on the main level has two twin size beds and there is a full bathroom on the main level.

o PLEASE NOTE:
• As with all properties in the area, Cascade Village condos do not have AC. The daytime highs are rarely above 80 and the lows are in the 40s all summer long. Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

Quiet Getaway tucked up in the mountains

The condo was older but very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay.We loved getting a little pickleball in each day too!

Great Location with all the Basics

My wife and I and our two sons were comfortable in this two bedroom, affordable condo with the basics you need for a launching pad to adventures in the Purgatory area and the high country. It’s clean and everything works. What it lacks in kitchen space was workable for us. The jetted tub was a nice feature. It’s a great place to come back to after being out for a hike or other activities. We also enjoyed the pool and spa at the resort.

This property was perfect! Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived I could not find the email containing all the information I needed to get in. I called my contact and he quickly resent the email with no hesitation. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing stay! We will definitely be back!

Nice unit! Not handicapped friendly, but we didn't ask for that. Not easy to find as signage is sparse. There are mentions and maps of the restaurant, but it is not open and doesn't appear to have been operational for some time. You have to have your own groceries - no way to buy on-site. Or drive to Purgatory or Needles or Durango for dining. The stargazing is phenomenal with a short walk away from building lights!

Great place to stay; condo was very clean and very well stocked with pots/pans. Was disappointed that the indoor heated pool was cold and no one told us the pool table/games would be locked over Labor Day weekend.
