Excellent host and location!

The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more kind and caring people. We had a wonderful experience and hope to come back again!

Fantastic Condo! Perfect Location!

My daughter and I came to Knoxville for UT Admit Day and this property completely fit everything we needed! The beds are so comfortable, everything was so clean and inviting. It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter asked to book again for her orientation this summer and when we move her into her dorm. We will definitely be choosing this property again!!!!!

Parent’s weekend

My family stayed here while visiting my daughter for her sorority parent’s weekend. The location was perfect, just a mile from the fort. Easy to get to, and super clean. We had some issue with the WiFi-but the host was very quick to reply and try to solve the issue. Looking forward to many more stays here!!
