Had a fantastic stay at the Zen apartment! It was absolutely spotless, had all the amenities you might need, and was in an extremely convenient location for enjoying downtown Knoxville! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location, beautiful unit

No VRBO has ever hit all of the marks, the way this location has for us. The pictures do not do the unit justice, that's how beautiful it is. Very clean and well appointed. The location could not be better. You can walk everywhere. Parking was a breeze in the garage right off Market Square. It only cost us 3 for the entire weekend. We will definitely be back!

Clean, Cute & Excellent Location

My wife and I loved this apartment. The location was perfect for the Knoxville Museum of Art, history museum and restaurants. It was very clean. I enjoyed the little snacks left for us. We would definitely stay here again!

College kid visit

We decided last minute to run up to Knoxville to see our college student for her birthday. The zen unit was perfect. Well, equipped (thanks for the snacks) and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful visit. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great Place For UT Events

We stayed here for parents weekend. Great location, close to plenty of restaurant options. A fun farmers market on Saturday morning. Easy access to UT. Free parking in the garage close by (weekend). We chose to leave our car in the garage and Uber back and forth to campus. Overall a great experience! Would gladly stay again.

College Visit

Stayed for 2 nights while daughter did a college visit at UT. Property was perfect for the 2 of us - matched description. Location was easy to find and get to - close to shops and restaurants, and short drive to the campus. Downtown Knoxville was charming. Hoping UT makes the cut!

Chilling in Zen

Great place. Super downtown location. Took a sec to figure out the lockbox to get the exterior door opening fob and understanding parking options but after the first time it was all a piece of cake. Neat old building above Market Square. We heard some street noise but seemed very appropriate for the location. None of the noise disrupted our sleep. Highly recommend this unit. We’ll reserve again on next visit to Knoxville.

Great Location on Market Square

We spent two nights while attending the Southern Skies Music and Whiskey Festival. Parking garage (Market Square Garage) for the unit was a couple minute walk; very reasonable. The unit was easily accessed and convenient to everything we needed. Market Square itself is a really neat place. Farmers Market on Saturday morning, then changes over to food and entertainment. World's Fair Park was 10-15 minute walk for the festival. We had a great time.

The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean and in a very vibrant, walkable downtown location. The check in process was slightly confusing for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in cities, but I was able to figure it out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Knoxville.

Market Square Gem

Property checks all of the boxes. Clean, great location, reasonably priced. We have stayed here (and in the other “sister” properties) on multiple occasions. Already have 2 reservations for the fall. Highly recommend.

Even UT sports are only a twenty minute walk. Historic Market Square is THE center of Knoxville and on of THE best locations to stay in downtown.
You won't even need your car during your stay.
Supremely well located next to hundreds of award-winning restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, history museums, and boutique shopping of all kinds, this is the perfect place to stay for those who wish to immerse themselves in downtown Knoxville history and culture. A fair good amount of the places in downtown Knoxville are locally owned and operated, so you can really get a feel for our southern hospitality.

There are several multi level garages close by. Market Square Garage, Langley Garage, Locust St Garage. They are free after7 on weekdays and weekends (providing there is not a special event going on downtown). Also I recommend looking up on the website
www.downtownknoxville.org and it gives live updates on the available parking downtown.

What is there to do on Market Square?
Shopping?
Earth to Old City has be a family run business for over 25 years in downtown Knoxville, Located in the middle of Market Square that will have any unique gifts you might need. Don't forget to check out their newest shop Alice in Appalachia,..Cocktail shopping!

Music?
Preservation Pub has live music every night or Scruffy City Hall for nightly entertainment
or check out a show at the Tennessee or Bijou Theater right down on Gay St.

What are your beds like?
All our beds are Queen size beds. We do have pull our sofa in some locations as well as futons in a couple of Living rooms. Please check with the individual units for further details.

How do we get into the unit?
Approximately three days before check-in a welcome guide will be sent to you giving you the code for the FOB box which will get you into both doors of the building. The entrance on Wall Ave has the elevator. The entrance on Market Stairs is stairs only.
You will also get a code to unit door at that time.
