Keep it simple at this Beautiful vacation house located at walking distance from the beach. All bedrooms with air conditioners.
LANDMARKS:
25 minutes drive to the airport (SJU)
10 minutes walk to the private beach
25 minutes drive to Old San Juan, El Morro, Condado, Miramar, Santurce
Part of the gated community by Embassy Suites. It is centrally located and thus nearby to restaurants, bars, groceries, and pharmacies.
Property available for long-term/corporate rental.
The spacious home has around 2000 sq. feet of resort style living space.
WIFI: 200 megas.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart HD TV, 75".
There is also a hammock in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. This hammock is also good for reading a book and getting a quick nap!
BEDROOMS: This property does not have central A/C. However, bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with new A/C units.
Bedroom 1 (Master): Largest bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, private bathroom, and a 32" smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Two twin bunk beds.
