It seems your first experience in a Vrbo condo is not like a hotel experience being a senior couple. The condo is in an absolutely perfect location. The kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The sofa and loveseat are a bit dated. This may seem silly but we really appreciated the instructions for the televisions. A lot of rentals have multiple remotes and no clue how they work. Looking forward to another vacation here.

The host is always a phone call away! The weather was NOT great but as this is the second time we stayed there we were well aware of all the places to go. The restaurants are terrific, with Salt Rock Grill and Guppies being our favorites! Although too windy to sit on the beach, the pool was blocked from the wind and was very comfortable. We will go back!!!!

We came for the oceanfront balcony which did not disappoint!!!! Spent all our time down on the beach or on that balcony!!!! Except when we were visiting the great nearby restaurants..Haha

We had a wonderful time in Samuel’s beautiful condo. This was our third or fourth stay. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We highly recommend.

The condo is wonderful primarily for its location: can't beat the beach front views, pool access, and proximity to restaurants, coffee shops (The Grove/Indian Rocks Beach Cafe), and beach shops like Nekton. The second floor corner is far enough from the pool for some peace and quiet, and the beach in this area is far less populated than further down in Clearwater. The only downsides are how well this condo is stocked; you need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/lotion (no travel size minis are supplied), and likely will need to buy extra trash bags (3 supplied), laundry detergent (3 pods supplied for a small load machine with one expected to be used on starting a load when you depart), and/or ice, as the ice maker works only sporadically. There are plenty of dishes, but the pots and pans, cooking utensils, and knives show a lot of wear and tear. The beds aren't the most comfortable, the water heater wasn't able to support two showers back to back, and there aren't any extra spare blankets. On the flip side, there ARE plenty of coolers and beach/pool toys for kids which is nice. We communicated the water heater issue to the host and he was extremely responsive, coming out to adjust it within a couple hours, though it didn't seem to help much. Very nice person and will definitely take care of your concerns if you have any. I wish I could give five stars, but the overall value was just a tad disappointing for us.

Our beach front corner vacation condo provides all the initial arrival essentials for two days, that will allow you to go to the local supermarket and purchase all the wonderful treats you need for your weekly vacation. The hot water is set at 140 deg that provides sufficient capacity. However, two showers running the same time followed by two additional showers was beyond the water heater's capacity. A staggered shower plan would solve this comment. The pots and pans were replaced for every one’s enjoyment. Our bedding is firm plush which is not everyone's liking that like to sleep on very hard beds. Also, in the summer blankets are not available since some vacationers turn down the AC to lowest setting and put blankets on the beads. We take all our vacationer’s comments to heart and perform any updates during or after your stay if notified. Thank you again for your vacation reservation and hope to see you again in the future.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hamilton House condo. We celebrated our 30th anniversary while there and it couldn’t have been better. The communication with Sam was great, the unit was cozy and very clean, and the proximity (just steps) to the beach was perfect. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit during the week due to exploring the area and enjoying the beach, we loved watching the sunsets on the balcony. This place was perfect for the two of us and we will be back.

Excellent Location!

This was our 5th vacation to the Indian Rocks Beach area, and this condo was by far the best location. Right on the beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
