Gulf front 2 bed 2 bath, private elevator on 3rd floor

Come and stay in our beautiful two bedroom two bath condo that is directly on the beach with unobstructed sunset views.
Our condo has an elevator that opens directly onto the balcony. The pool is just steps away from the elevator. There is an outdoor seating area to the south of the pool area.

The master suite with attached bath includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen tv and closet space. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The second bathroom is in the hallway right next to the second bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, cable and WiFi.

Relax and enjoy the beach view from the living area that comfortably seats five and has a pullout sofa bed. The adjoining dining area seats four at the table with two stools at the kitchen counter as well.

The well stocked kitchen has all new appliances and dishes along with a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a new washer and dryer in our unit. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board and beach towels are all provided.

A storage closet located in the covered parking area downstairs is full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler.

We have a strict no pet policy. Pets are not allowed in our condo complex or even on the beaches here in Indian Rocks Beach.

I will only book through VRBO to insure a safe and secure booking process.

Even though we have an elevator that opens up onto the balcony, we are not considered handicap accessible. We have a step into the condo from the balcony and stairs need to be climbed to first access the units keypad.

Loved that you had your own elevator and the rooms inside were spread out. The beach and pool was right out the back door. Few restaurants walking distance. Loved washer and dryer inside if you need wash clothes.

The view from this condo is wonderful. You have a direct beach view. The pictures just showed the one bedroom there is actually two very nice bedrooms. One has a king bed. The other one has two twin beds. This is a wonderful place. The direct elevator access is perfect. There were many beach, chairs and accessories downstairs in the closet. The communication between the host was exceptional. Many great restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again in a minute.

This condo appears exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and pleasant. We discovered a few issues. We were not able to reach the for the living room cable provider so were limited to watching Netflix. The owner was unable to help. The water in the main BR shower did not heat beyond room temperature. The kitchen could use a deep clean. The door to the 2nd bedroom does not lock. The a/c unit makes a loud noise when it kicks in. If those in the 2nd BR are light sleepers, there could be a problem. Also, the pool is small and over crowded on one day. Be aware: the unit is actually on the 4th floor. There are 4 sets of stairs to climb, not three. That said, the balcony views were magnificent and the furniture was comforable. There are several good restaurants nearby including Coco's Bar and Grill and PJ's Oyster Bar.

Location location location! Beachfront condo right on the beach. Front row seat to sunsets. The condo is beautiful with well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. Enter elevator just steps from pool/beach and exit elevator on your balcony! Soooo convenient. The owner is great and very responsive to any issue/questions that might arise.

Wonderful Place with Beautiful View!!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front balcony is amazing. Elevator directly to the condo is an awesome amenity. Storage room in garage area with everything you could need for a day at the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and so much more. Beach towels provided. Would definitely love to stay again!!

Very nice property overlooking the Gulf of America. We would be happy to return and would recommend the condo to others. The elevator was great for us older folks. The only negative thing we could say is the weather was not that good for the 3 weeks we were there but that was no fault of the owner.

Nice condo with great view. Elevator from ground floor to condo was nice and convenient. 7 day stay. Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are laidback easy going and shopping close by. Wife and I are age 65

Nice condo- frustrating trip for us

This condo was everything expected according to the listing minus a couple hiccups that made the first couple days bearable but not great. The good: beautiful location, super clean, beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, & towels provided, comfortable furniture, decorated nicely, streaming television services, close to restaurants. The bad: we arrived knowing the elevator would most likely be being serviced and was aware we are on the 3rd floor and expected 3 flights of stairs. This is true however I consider it 6 flights of stairs with 3 landings. The temp didn’t seem to cool in the condo and after a day of travel and grocery shopping and getting everything to the condo we were quite sweaty, and irritable. After communicating via text back and forth we began working to find the air conditioner problem. My husband changed a filter for the owners, we tried turning unit off to thaw it for a few hours with no success. This left us with 2 nights, and 2 days and part of a 3rd day with no air. I unfortunately was not able to cook in the kitchen those days because of heat. Maintenance was sent and he fixed whatever was clogged and my husband had to stay in the condo while the guy worked taking up more time. I know these things happen it just was unfortunate because condos are pricey and we wanted a trip to unplug not take care of another property away from home. Quiet week minus night one (Neighbors turned off music after asked) and the weekend expected due to Labor Day.
